Victory Parking Garage is a convenient parking location a block from Elm Street and across from the BSNH stage in Concord. It is one of the available locations during a snow emergency, where cars feel safe, though the roof level closes. Parking is reasonable, costing $6.32 for 12 hours. Payment is required from 8am to 8pm, Monday through Friday, even during snow emergencies, and can be made easily via the "Passport" app for zone 2081. However, parking is free on weekends after 7pm on Friday until 8am on Monday. The garage is easy to get in and out of, but the spaces are super narrow for larger vehicles. A notable inconvenience is that the stairways are locked nights and weekends.

This is a parking garage. Nothing exciting. But it's conveniently located and the costs are average.

Park here when going to the Palace Theatre. Convenient to downtown Manchester. Free after 8pm and on weekends.
