Very disappointed. I have been going to VIP Tires in Manchester for 4 years. I have always had great experiences and have made sure to tell everyone I know. I don't know what happened but things have definitely changed. I took my wife's car for tires. I scheduled the appointment for 7:30am on Saturday and dropped the car off the night before. I asked for an 11am pick-up time.
At 2:30pm, I finally called and was told the car was up on the alignment rack and would be done soon. I stopped in at the shop at 3:15 to pay for the service (they close at 5pm and I had somewhere to be at 4pm) and was told the car was waiting to go on the alignment rack.
So, not only was the car not ready when I asked, there was ZERO communication from the store and when I finally called to figure out what was going on, I WAS LIED TO! So needless to say, I will be finding another auto shop for any future needs. Sorry VIP, you blew it.

Polite and thorough staff. Oil change and snow tires mounted. Only took an hour or so. Will go back as needed.

They said they couldnt change a tire because the rim was warped, but they at least recommended me to a shop that did change the tire on the same rim. Thats all I can say about this place.

I made an appointment earlier in week around Tuesday and scheduled a Saturday appointment for 10. I was early and James helped me at the counter and was very knowledgeable and polite and professional . He talked me through everything and answered all questions . Tyler was the tech who worked on the car I believe and he had me in and out for a tire issue and even set it to my psi as other tires “which I wanted but forgot to mention it “ . I was able to glare at a part of the shop through the window which gives you a sense of ease as you can see what’s going on which is a huge plus so your not stuck in a four cornered room with only a tv to look at . I’d highly recommend VIP on DW highway in Manchester ,Nh for any automotive repairs . Thanks VIP team !!

They were great taking me in last minute without an appointment. The guy took my car in, saw him do a whole inspection of the car, fill all the tires with air, but claim there was no leak. So when I brought my car home and in three hours later, I have a flat tire again!!!! Maybe educate your staff better…. now I have to take a day off work tomorrow to get this fixed!! Also i’m losing work when this could of been fixed!!
