  On hold 15 min then gave up and waited tried again another 30 min on hold. They are horrible as horrible gets. Amy is great tho!

  Their good here they keep stuff stocker. I wish they kept more of the sale item, though. Staff is always friendly and always welcomes everyone when walking through the door. I like them, although their printing has gone downhill a lot in the last 3 months. I used to love their prints now not so much I chose to get prints in other locations. Hope this will be fixed soon so I can come back for my prints. The only downfall is that the rehab place across the street. You get the do you have spare change. The remodel is nice they don't have as much as they used to, but it's organized.

  Terrible customer interaction, and wait for scripts that a patient, if not taken, will become ill after called in by doctor. Rudely requests for the patient to also call in and wait on hold for a minimum of 20 minutes, creating more stress for customer and pharmacy time-line. Makes no sense at all.

  I give this store 5 stars as a direct response to the fantastic customer service I have received from not one but two of the male daytime Sunday associates, and other days I have gone there. It’s not near my home but when I have needed to stop, they are usually so efficient trying to stock while helping customers and ringing ! They always address me politely and ask if I am finding everything ok. I was looking for an obscure item, and the gentleman actually looked in the return bin and found one he then brought to me !With lack of staff, obviously the store is picked through, but that’s our faults. I’ve seen people knock over things and just leave it and keep walking …it’s really some of the more interesting characters you see in that area and in the customers in that particular store you need to worry about.

  The fact that I have been out of meds for 2 weeks cause you can't get your crew together and no ones on the same page you deserve no dam stars. Manager apologized but still now I'm waiting another day when she told me I would receive them today. Everyone is slow and rude in that pharmacy. YOU PEOPLE ARE DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS MEDS WHO NEED THEM TO SURVIVE YET YOU ALL WANNA PLAY GAMES..

  The pharmacist “Jennifer “ is SOOO rude. Called to ask about a prescription because I had received a text saying it was ready but the day before they had told me I had to call my insurance to fix something which I have yet to do. So I called today to double check if I actually had one ready and she gave me attitude AND cut me off asking for my name when I was trying to quickly explain to her. Everytime shes there at the window or on the phone there’s always some attitude and is always unpleasant and unprofessional. You don’t like your job then go find another job.

  Just saw 3 homeless dudes come out with stuff in their pockets. I see no reason why I should pay for my goods here while Walgreens allows this type of behaviour - so I'll take my business somewhere else.
