If I could rate Wayne's with no stars, I would! I took a window with a broken pane in to Wayne's on July 20th. I was told that they had to replace the sealed low-E panel to repair it. They charged me $142 (immediately), and told me that it would take 3-5 business days to obtain the panel, and repair the window. It has now been 3 weeks and I still do not have the window. They outright lied to my wife on 8/7, saying that the panel was in and that it would be ready on Wednesday afternoon 8/8. It was not. I wish that I had never attempted to do business with Wayne's. They are totally unreliable.

I am extremely pleased with my recent experience with Wayne's Glass. The three glass windows that needed to be replaced were measured and installed perfectly !! Roger knew we were short on time because the house was on the market and did his best to accommodate us. Every phone call to the store was met with professionalism and an eagerness to please. I would highly recommend Wayne's Glass. Dawn B.

We needed a glass shower door installed. Since we did not need to buy a door, I called many glass places that would not even consider installing it for us. Then I called Wayne's Glass who not only agreed to install it but were able to move the date up a few days so it would be in place before our company arrived. They were prompt, courteous and conscientious. It looks great.

Too be honest still not"Happy Camper" but it appears there was a hidden problem with the mirror being appoxied from an earlier windshield replacement unknown to me. This caused a delay and confusion as to re-appoxy or replace mounting bracket--decided to replace mounting bracket. I had to pick up bracket and pay for it--so if that was what it took to fix the dam thing after 4 days-I did it! Should have taken 4 days,all Wayne's fault no---but dam frustrating. Keep things plain and simple. Try them you may have better experience than I did--now that's the whole story and I'm sticking to it! J David

We had Roger from Wayne's Glass (Manchester, NH) and 2 other glass companies come to our job site to give us a written estimate for a special order (receptionist sliding windows). Roger was the most prompt of all 3, due to our 2 week deadline for our job completion. Roger was the only one that showed any concern to the deadline. Pricing is competitive with the other companies. Wayne's Glass was on time for their scheduled installation time. They were very efficient and they cleaned up the area they worked in. We were very satisfied with Roger and his company, we purchased replacement windows for a house we were renovating from Wayne's Glass.
