Hey Dylan Gallagher, THIS REVIEW IS FOR YOU!!!!! If I could give a million stars and the moon, I would. I have leased a Mazda a couple of years ago but had to turn it in as I retired. My husband and myself own a Jeep Wrangler and this morning the tires had very low in pressure (29 all the way around) and I had tried 4 gas stations and none of the air pumping units were working. At the Shell station on So. Willow street, I see my Mazda dealership. I thought to myself, well there is no harm in asking for help. Yes I played the chick card, damsel in distress card hoping I could get air in my tires. Having second thoughts, I was just about to turn around, out walks a gentleman named Dylan. Long story short, he heard my cry for help, and took the Jeep to the service department and filled up all my tires. He refused my tip and ask for a review. Well Mr. Gallagher it is my sincere hope that everyone at your dealership reads this, especially the Boss. You are a wonderful human being, you took the extra effort, and I will always be grateful. KUDOS YOUNG MAN....YOUR THE BEST!!!!!!

Overall I had a great experience getting a hard to find 2021 CX-5 Carbon Edition Turbo. Mike was easy to work with and always there for any questions myself and my family had. The only complaints I really have is that normally after buying a car (especially New/Certified) you are given a full tank of gas, but I was only given like 1/3 of a tank. This was a bit unexpected and cost a star in my review. We also negotiated rubber mats into the deal, but only received floor mats and not the rubber mat for the cargo area. All in all, it was a typical dealership experience and I can't complain. Very happy with my car!

I'm skeptic about all the websites on the internet, so I took a risk buying some All Weather Mats for my CX-50 with Werner Mazda Auto Parts because they had a really good price and everything turned out perfect. The delivery and service was great.

Highly recommend these folks! I have an aging mazda and it is difficult to find parts. If you provide your VIN when you order they ensure that you WILL get the right part. I had ordered the wrong part and after a brief email exchange Jenna modified my order before it was shipped so that I got the correct part quickly and painlessly!I will be ordering parts from Werner Mazda every time I need more parts to keep my Sunshine (yellow protege5) cruising!

I was having trouble finding parts for my 2022 vehicle as it is so new. A lot of the parts said they wouldnt fit my car but once i gave my VIN, the specialists were able to help me find all the parts I need. I didn't get any names, but the two parts specialists were so helpful and fast! I don't normally leave reviews but they made this process so easy compared to the dealership. The dealership charged about $150 more and wouldnt give out part numbers! I will use Mazda Auto Parts every everytime I need to repair something on my car! Very satisfied!

Best place to buy accessory parts bar none. My CX 50 had no cargo cover from a dealership in Nj. So bought one from this place. Better price and helpful customer service staff. I’ll never buy from someone else.

I needed a seat heater switch for my 2008 Mazda MX-5. The Parts Dept. did an excellent job of locating a part that had been discontinued. They went to great lengths to find the part, contacting other dealers both in the US and Canada including Mazda Corp. directly. Rachael kept me updated as to the status of my order and when it would be shipped. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for parts for their Mazda! Both the price and the customer service were second to none! A big thumbs up!

Mazda parts factor are the best ever! I needed a small piece of my convertible top that broke for my miata. I searched eBay and everywhere else. Found these guys and honest to God have never had such a pleasant experience. It was easy as 1,2,3. It was all communicated via text message. They responded promptly and we got my part ordered in 10 min. The transaction was done on Tues and I received my part on Fri. It was very very reasonably priced. I can’t say enough about the experience. We all know customer service is not at all what is was in the past and this gave me a glimpse of hope again.

An additional $30 for delivery to receive it damaged. Thanks a lot Mazda. No I didn’t call because I received it on a Saturday and if I did , there’s no telling when I would have received it. Sorely disappointed.
