This was probably the best experience I've had buying a vehicle. There was no pressure to buy and then no pressure to add extended warranties or other add ons. They were offered but no pressure was applied. In under 2hrs I had a test drive and had paperwork done.

My experiences at Werner continue to get worse. We had a problem with our salesperson and the manager said he would call us and never did. Then we were told our first two services would be complimentary only to be told they weren't when we showed up. So many other dealerships. I love the car, but this dealership has soured my experience with Mazda and I will probably never buy another.

Just bought my fourth (between my wife and I) CX-5 from Werner via Rob Hering. There are many other Mazda dealers in my area I could have chosen from; we choose to buy from Werner as they are the only one that’s family owned and operated as a single line dealer. We quickly drew up the deal over the phone at 20am, I test drove at noon, returned at 5 to finish paperwork and was out the door by six! Thanks again, Werner Mazda and Rob! Keep up the good work! See you again in a few years!

Usually buying a car is a stressful process but my salesman Chris made it easy and fun. I knew that i wanted a blue CX50 but was unsure of which model, Chris explained the options and helped me to choose the perfect car. Financial manager MATT was also amazing, he made me understand my contract & explained well the warranty plans.it was easy & simple.

I had an outstanding experience leasing my new 2025 Mazda CX-50 at Werner Mazda.
The staff here are truly exceptional, especially my Sales Consultant, Rob Hering. Rob was patient and knowledgeable and went above and beyond by giving me his personal cell number so I could contact him over the weekend with questions (his weekend off!)
The entire process was smooth. Matt Lemire handled the finance paperwork quickly and transparently. I appreciated that he explained every step clearly and answered all my questions.
The sales manager, Rich Hammond, was willing to work with me on a deal we both could be happy with.
I highly recommend Werner Mazda to anyone. Thank you, team!

I had such a great experience leasing my new car with Chris Peek at Werner Mazda! I recently upgraded from a CX-30 to a CX-50, and Chris made the entire process absolutely seamless and stress-free. He was incredibly attentive, patient, and personable - truly going above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered and that I felt confident in my decision.
The entire team at Werner Mazda is fantastic as well. You can tell it’s a family-run dealership because they genuinely care about their customers and make you feel valued every step of the way. From start to finish, I felt well taken care of and never pressured.

Werner is great! They’re easy to deal with, they’re professional, transparent, and provide great service across all their departments. Compared to other dealerships they are a pleasure to do business with. I’ve gotten multiple vehicles from them and I’ve never had an issue.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a salesman. As the manager of a retail Verizon location, we get called “car salesman’s” all the time and my salesman Rob Hering was fantastic and has completely shifted my view of car sales. He made me feel very confident in my decision to choose Werner Mazda in Manchester. Rob made all his pitches very smooth yet I felt no sense of pressure whatsoever. Their financial person Matt was an absolute life saver! After being approved for a high interest rate he made calls on his own time to try and bring that down and was successfully able to get my interest rate down by more than 10%!! 10/10 will always recommend them!

I had a fantastic buying experience here. I met with David Lee, and explained what I needed and wanted out of a new car. He asked some questions, and suggested a model that fit what I was trying to do perfectly. He was very knowledgeable, and answered my questions on the test drive. The car was great, so we went about the negotiation. They came right out with a high trade in value for my old car, and a great price on the new car. I signed the papers, and was done very quickly. Dave even helped me move my things into my new car. He then went through the new car with me and gave me a great tutorial on the features. I’ve put 200 miles on it in 2 days. This thing is a blast to drive. This is my first Mazda, and I think it’s a wildly underrated brand. I will be a repeat customer.
