Needed to get a glass cover for my ipod11. Attendant was courteous, pleasant, and helpful. The only reason I gave a 4-star to the review was because of the cost of the screen. It was more expensive than buying it at Apple. Unfortunately Apple didn’t have one on hand, so they sent us out to the ZAGG cart just down the hallway from them.
