“I’m extremely happy with this body shop. When my husbands car needed an insurance claim and body repair following a deer strike , I found this company online. I chose them because they were local.What a great find!They assisted me with everything including all communication with my insurance company, and kept me in the loop almost daily.Only days after setting up this repair date, my daughter broke down in Concord at 10p. AAA was called and they needed a place to tow the car. I had Bills card from lake city and gave it to the tow truck driver. I left a voicemail to tell the body shop that my daughters car was going there because I didn’t know what else to do. We’re new to the area.They diagnosed and fixed her car cramming it into a 4 day timeframe so she could go back to college that Friday. No appointment. Just dropped on their laps. I cannot say enough about their customer service and understanding. It was completely fixed the day before she was to leave for school. “The customer service I received at Cantin was the best I've ever had in my life. No restaurant, store, or business has ever taken care of me better. My doctor's office doesn't even treat me as well as they did at Cantin. Let me tell you why they are so phenomenal:1.). They have a Bobby. Bobby, you can tell, is an absolute professional and he's clearly used to dealing with people who are in distress over damaged cars. Bobby was friendly, calm, reassuring, and just overall wonderful to work with. Every time I talked to him or listened to his voicemails, I felt more at ease with the stress of dealing with my car repair. I'm a worrier by nature and I thank you, Bobby, for always making me feel reassured.2.) I never had to call Cantin once to check on the status of my repair. Bobby called me every week - sometimes more - to give me updates on the status of my 6-week collision repair. They were proactive and made sure I didn't have to lift a finger to learn about my car. Amazing.3.) They really want to make sure everything is right. After I picked up my car, I had a concern about a small, minor adjustment in my trunk and how it looked. “With the Camaro badly in need of a new set of wiper blades and after trying several other auto parts stores with each one failing to have a proper fitting blade, I found myself at this Advance Auto Parts where Robin came to the rescue with a proper fitting set of Trico Exact fit wiper blades. She was able to not only look up the wipers but took the time to go to the isle with me instead of being lazy and pointing me in the direction, which sadly was my experience elsewhere. I am typically not a fan of Advance Auto Parts (although I do like Carquest), but if you are in the area of this Advance, this is the place I would recommend going, based on my experience here.Thanks to Robin for going the extra mile!”
