“10+ stars! Reggie just SAVED my day. It's about 30 min before my work shift and my car dies. Total brick. I called Advance Auto and he answered all my Qs over the phone. Determined it was most likely the battery. I was able to get it jumped, brought it to the store, and Reggie tested, confirming it dead. Time of death, 4/18/26 12:30pm. He changed out my battery in what has to be record time because he knew I had a work shift about to start. That man should apply to NASCAR! Thank you so much, Reggie, I MADE IT TO WORK ON TIME!!”

“Any time someone mentions issues with their mechanic and pricing (which is quite often) I always encourage them to go to MPL. They always do solid trustworthy work and do not try to push extra services on you. They will always be honest if you do need to get something done so the work doesnt fail due to other things causing it or even if you do not need something done right then, they let you know you will within a time frame. With that said, and why that's trustworthy in itself is because if you bring in your vehicle in for specific work and they DO NOT see something else that you should be aware of for safety or mechanical reasons, they just do the work you ask for and that's it.
Their pricing is honestly the lowest around and is fair!
If a part they put in works and then stops shortly after, in my experience, they investigated and the part was faulty so replaced with a new part no charge for new part or service because they honored their work. (Only happened one time and I appreciated they did this!)
If you bring your car to a mechanic and things keep breaking shortly after especially surrounding the work they just did...it's time to call MPL.
Not only do you get lower pricing, top quality service, you get such kindness from everyone who works there.

“I don’t normally write reviews but I think this auto body shop did an exceptional job. The dealership backed my car into a service bay garage. For starters the dealership handled it really well, they said they take full responsibility and will cover the damages (they also replaced a broken part unrelated to the accident for free) but then they sent the car here to get the rest fixed. At first the car hadn’t been registered in their system for about a week and a half, no big deal, want them to take their time. I ended up calling the autobody shop personally to catch on some updates as the dealership wasn’t really checking in with us. The guy picked up the phone with respect and a great attitude. He then continued to call me and my mom repeatedly to give us updates periodically, not too much, not too little (Worked with Steve to what we know) they then took their time and did a great job. I’m a super observant person especially when it came to cars, could not tell it was scraped. Not only did they fix the initial damage, they also fixed another giant gash in the rear bumper (not sure if that was the dealer or autobody shop who chose to fix that) regardless, I am very pleased with this work and am very happy to write this review. Both the dealership (Lovering Volvo Meredith) and this autobody shop handled the situation perfectly. They cared for my car like it was their own, the car means a lot to me and I’m glad they did this kind of job and I would definitely do business with them for future needs.”
