Hate to rate this place poorly but there are a couple of important prerequisites if you’re planning on getting any sleep here.1. Make sure you find out if there is a wedding ANY of the nights you are staying.2. Check to see where the wedding blocks were because you DO NOT want to be on the same floor as other wedding guests. (Especially not the ajoining room you’ve been given) if so, BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!Note - Rooms in the high 360’s are directly above the venue if not located directly inside the subwoofer. If you weren’t part of the wedding party you certainly will feel like you were in this room. On top of that, the ajoining room was the destination for the after party. Guest services was called twice and still no improvement. Don’t bother with a sound machine, that did nothing to muffle the noise. As I write this I am looking at moving my family to another hotel…The physical hotel and decor itself gets a 4-star, but it’s this experience and lack of attention to the situation that earned it 2-stars.

Just there for the event room. The food is always delicious. Rustic elegance is the best way to describe it. Rich woods, stonework and crystal chandeliers create a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The lake view doesn't hurt either. The trip there is full of scenic views of Lake Winnipesaukee, the mountains and foliage. A peaceful ride, that's for sure.

I have been here for work many times. The rooms are very nice (though I find the beds too firm). Meeting/event facilities are lovely, food is delicious and they do a wonderful job of accommodating dietary restrictions.

Hi! I took my husband out for his birthday on Sunday night, July 23rd: we were a party of 7! We have been dining here for the last few years; more often in the winter to support the non-tourism season but enjoyed going by boat too!I always order the Half Chicken--plain & It's always been delicious; until this night when it came out undercooked. We understand many restaurants are understaffed and of course summertime craziness. Our food took almost 1h 30m to come out--minus one appetizer as a meal. Like most ppl., we wait for all meals to be plated & then eat. I asked the manager about it and he said he just handed it to a server & it would be right out. 15-minutes later, still no appetizer Our poor waitress --she was amazing & kept asking herself, but nothing and the manager was MIA. Finally, after another 5-minutes, the plate comes out. My husband cuts into his chicken and it's undercooked. The manager comes over & doesn't ask how he can make it right with something else; he stated, well, argued that it was cooked and about the cook temperature, etc., I have had this same meal countless times and I assure you; I've never cut into a sight like this. While speaking with him, I asked his name as I had forgotten when I had introduced myself and asked about the appetizer. He says, my name is Don, then spells it for me D-O-N!Tables all around were upset with how long food was taking and he says to them, and us, that the kitchen is having an off night. Ok--get it, again, understand staffing challenges. Him as a manager, lied about the app, then went MIA --his communication on the chicken, then kitchen, then spelling his name--completely unacceptable. He did comp the meal, but my husband left hungry, and I was appalled at his customer service. I took the plated chicken to 4 different tables waiting to order/be seated and showed them the chicken. They couldn't believe he said it was cooked and two of the parties left after that.We have always enjoyed going here, always pleasant staff and good food. We sit at the bar and enjoy interacting with the staff/patrons.We haven't been back since because of how disrespectful he was to us, & unnecessarily. Hoping at some point, we go back. We believe in customer service and always are respectful and understanding. Still giving a 4 review because we have enjoyed dining here, the staff is great and one bad night doesn't deserve a lower rating. D-O-N, however; needs to go back to customer service 101!P.S. I held on writing this review until now because I wanted to write a respectful review for the business itself and not an angry one.

Lakehouse Grille was outstanding. We had a party of six. Everyone loved their food. Our waitress, Miranda, was super attentive. The excellent service made for a perfect night out. Oh I almost forgot the dessert. We had three different selections. All were amazing.

Overall decent stay at Church Landing. We were there for one evening and hadn't made plans in advance. This combined with new staff and a lot of room options made check-in long and pretty tedious, though the person at the front desk was quite nice. The property has beautiful views. Our room was quite comfortable, though with a mildewy type smell, likely owing to being on the bottom floor. It was nice being able to walk right out to the lake, though, and swimming there was great. All in, no real complaints, but there are other 3 star places worth exploring, at least in our view, when we inevitably return to the area.

This is always one of my favorite places. The outside is stunning and there's easy access to the docks.

We got married at Church Landing on 7/30/23. To say we were impressed and the weekend exceeded our expectations is an understatement. From the rehearsal dinner to the last song of the night, Church Landing was one of the most professional organizations I have ever seen. I was especially impressed by Rachel’s (our wedding coordinator) management skills on the day of our wedding including: ushering my wife and I to a hideaway spot to make sure we tried everything on the cocktail menu and having an answer or mediation for every situation that came up throughout the day. The ballroom and cocktail bar room were decorated better than we could have ever imagined. We are so glad Rachel was in charge of making our day as perfect as it was. We will be highly recommending Rachel and Church Landing as the top wedding venue!
