This place has everything! I found a everything I wanted, and all for very good prices. People complaining about prices being high must want something for nothing. Everything I bought was good quality, in good condition, and for much less than retail price. One of the ladies at the consignment desk was a little snappy. Lord knows why she thought she needed to butt in our private conversation, but I just shined it on.

This is my favorite consignment shop! I am also a reseller and understand the challenge that some customers do not understand the difference between thrift, resale and consignment. Consignment is very, very laborious and gives individuals an opportunity to sell their items in a physical store. The overhead is expensive. The items at The Ect Shoppe are gorgeous. They represent the best of past season and designer fashion. The staff is so lovely but pulled by so many questions and they manage it beautifully. I have found some seriously amazing prices based on my knowledge of resale value. Opinions vary but my appreciation of what they do hasn’t. The Ect Shoppe is excellent. Everything was over priced. I’m new to the area and was looking for some cheap things. Sets of plates and bowls are $75 dollars. Tried to offer $20 on a $25 statue and got denied. If im thrifting I’ll go to an actual thrift shop

By far the most expensive consignment shop in the area. They do have a LARGE selection however I found many pieces marked not far from retail. I was able to look past all of that and continue on with my shopping but what really put a bad taste in my mouth were the workers whom I assume were the owners. The whole time they were snarky to customers and gossiping to each other about their consigners. I ended up finding a couple of purses and when I got home I noticed one of them had dust on the inside…… turns out it wasn’t dust. It’s the bag itself deteriorating. I will not be returning. Save your money and go elsewhere

Like many others have said , this is priced as a consignment store, not a thrift store. Books and CD's for $4.00 and up? It's big and has lots of departments but don't expect any killer deals. Yes, cheaper than the same item new but diehard thrifters can take a pass. Probably priced for the millionaire second home owners that surround the lake.

Entirely too overpriced for used clothing. Women’s jeans are all around $20, of which many only go for $30 new (i.e it’s not crazy expensive brands marked down!) and tops are $8 at the cheapest but most are $15. I know they need to pay the bills but cmon, it’s a thrift/consignment store and people are looking for deals and you won’t find any here.I will say that it’s not handicap friendly, it’s extremely tight and there’s no maneuverability. The place is packed and there are loads of options for women’s clothing but very little for children’s. The children’s toys are $$$! Like Melissa and Doug very well used for $30!I wouldn’t go back but it worked out in a pinch so I had some warm clothes for the lake.

VERY expensive. No bargains to be found here. Fun to look around, but the prices are higher than new retail.

There are many great pieces in this store! Prices are very high for a secondhand store and much more expensive than a goodwill or something so don't expect extremely low prices. Even though the prices are high, you will still be saving a lot of money. I'm giving a low review because of a recent horrible experience. This is partially my fault but also a little negligent of the store. I bought a cute dress for 28 dollars and assumed that it was an ok brand because everything else seemed to be priced accordingly. However, when I got home I realized that the tag said shein. This means i could have probably gotten the dress new for under 20. This was final sale so I couldn't return it. Always check your brand tags!

I look forward to going into this store. I always find something I need to have. During my last visit the cashier forgot to put my ring in the bag. I called the store back to tell her it was missing. She was very rude and said we don't have it and I need to look again, but then she found it. I went to go pick it up a few minutes later. The store is great, but the employees are very unprofessional. They're always talking about lunch, latest gossip around town, and be careful not to step on the dog running around the store.

Fun store to poke around in, but the bathroom situation needs to be rectified. They are very strict about not having a "public bathroom" BUT if a friend of the woman with long gray hair comes in and wants to use the restroom, she will let them. I've seen this happen twice, where the friend was told loudly in front of other customers "Of course YOU can use our bathroom!" Not professional or a good way to treat your customers.
