Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Fast and efficient. Got us right out in the water in no time. We had an amazing day on in the bays. Super grateful to the orientation and geography lesson which helped us avoid the Witches and other hazards. 6 glorious hours of water and sun all thanks to you guys. 10/10 would do it again!

Meredith Marina and their team of support staff were exceptional!! Ensuring all members of our party were safe and prepared for a wonderful day out on the lake. Huge kudos to Cole and Sydney, their hard work and attentiveness were greatly appreciated!!! Can't wait for a future adventure with Meredith Marina!!!

Rented a pontoon and tubing set up for the family. Good quality boat and helpful and friendly staff. Would rent from there again if we are in the area!

Was having trouble getting my hands on an alternator for a 1996 Volvo Penta 5.8fsi. The people in the parts department where super helpful and expedited the alternator which help salvage are vacation. Hats of to Meredith Marina!

We had a lovely experience renting from Meredith Marina! They were very thorough with safety protocols and explaining to our drivers the ins and outs of our boat. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We especially loved working with Tim!! We will definitely be renting from Meredith Marina in the future.

Our family boat was purchased from, stored at, and serviced by Meredith Marina. We continue to be disappointed at the start of each season with the condition of the boat delivered to us. This season, it had a broken boat cover, ballast bags that were not connected, the boat taking on water, and an engine that does not go above 10 mph. So much for water testing. I guess delighting customers is not a priority for Meredith Marina.
ADDED AFTER RESPONSE BUSINESS REPLY: Perhaps a more appropriate response would be to suggest we connect offline so I can provide you with more information to investigate versus quickly responding claiming I am not a customer. I am just looking for some accountability for the lack of customer service that continues to happen year after year.

We’ve rented multiple times on Winnisquam, but we recently rented for the first time at Meredith Marina. We brought two friends for a total of four people. We had an awesome, seamless experience. We were a bit nervous about driving the boat on the big lake for the first time, but the staff was awesome, informative, and friendly. The boat worked great, we had tunes, and it was a great day. My favorite part is watching how quickly staff get the boats in and out of the water with their big machinery. I also wish I could give extra stars for how fast and easy they made check-in/out. It’s taken up to an hour on Winnisquam before, but it was less than 10 minutes each for check in/out here.

I was charged $75 for a paint scrape exposiung metal at the bottom of the engine mount. In other words, they said I had scraped the bottom which i had not. it would have required metal on metal to scrape the paint and we ( I had two passengers) would have surely felt something. We were NEVER in shallow water. when i brought the boat back and it was lifted out of the water, the attendant went immediately to the motor mount and point out the scrape. He didn't even do a walk around on the rest of the boat. Prior to taking the boat out, we took a video of the entire boat. to take a picture of the motor frame, I would have had to lay flat on my back and shoot the video skyward. The attendant said that I should have noted the damage on my inspection. Another person from the marina came by and asked if I had propellor insurance. End of story, the added a 75 charge. With emphasis, the three of us would have heard or felt something had contact with another object occurred. All three of us felt it was a scam. I'm talking with my credit company now about not paying the charge.

WOW, what service. Engine quit right in front of the marina. Was towed in and told they could not get to for 2 weeks but would take out of water and store on my trailer in case I could find someone to do faster. I did and when I went to pick up the boat and settle up they charged me nothing for their help. I will be back the next time I need something.

I had an issue with the ground on my EZ Loader trailer and went to several auto parts stores to no avail. I stopped at Meredith Marine and spoke with Jeff Urquhart in the parts department and he had the proper connector in stock. Should have gone there in the first place. Thanks Jeff!!
