had a 1:45 appointment for a basic pedicure and acrylic fill, but wasn’t seated until 2:30. We didn’t leave until 4:00 — which would have been fine if the service had been worth the wait, but it wasn’t.
The pedicure polish is sloppy, with uneven lines and a messy finish. During my acrylic fill, the tech filed so aggressively that I was burned multiple times, and the nails were filed unevenly. There are visible bubbles and even small hairs trapped under the acrylic, which is unacceptable for a professional salon.
Overall, this was both painful and disappointing. I expected better quality, especially with a scheduled appointment, and I will not be returning.

Don't get your nails done here, they're not professional at all. I had my nails done and they look like they were done two weeks ago. Besides, they're poorly painted and stupid. I even have acrylic under my nails. Terrible work.

Got my nails done here, they did builder gel and started lifting a day after getting them done. They all chipped and lifted off within 4 days. I also got a regular pedicure and the polish was smudged before i even got up off the chair, and there was no top coat put on, they also chipped one day after getting done. My heels still had skin hanging off. And paid $125

they were a mess. when i got their for my appointment i didnt get into a chair close to 30 minutes after. witch i understand because it cant be busy. but i called prior to check the price of my survive and i was told $55. after my nails were done i was told $65 for a extra $5 charge of coffin shape, and a extra $5 charge of length when my nails were not long. Might i also say the acrylic burned my nails and when i said somthing i was told it would go away with in 5 seconds but i knew it was not normal and it hurt. over all my nails are chunk and not well done.

Been going to Premier for 3yrs and usually saw Louis. No problem.
Now he’s gone and I was given an elderly lady. Had a spotlight at her station which hurt my eyes. She said she needed it to see. Red flag there !
She dropped all her instruments on the floor and pick them up and used them without wiping them. Cut my cuticles without soaking them first. 8 out of 10 cuticles bled ! She continued to file the color off and apply over and over. I asked for tapered nails and got square shaped. I had to stop her several times to tell her she missed spots and she would take all the polish off and here we go again. My nails looked like a 4 yr old did them. There was more polish on my fingers than my nails.
I do not believe she was licensed. And I do know that her eye sight was impaired.
Nina offered to fix the problem at no cost a few days later but I refused to go back,

My friend and I just had wonderful pedicures with Ken and Nina. Ken was super attentive to my ingrowns and worked diligently to fix them while Nina did a wonderful job on my friend. The salon was clean and they took us right away. We are super happy with our pedicures and have already booked our next appt. Thanks Ken and Nina for a wonderful time! See you soon!

Such a pleasant surprise! I just moved to the area and had seen this salon when going grocery shopping nearby. I stopped in on a whim today and am so glad I did! Nina fit me in on the spot and was so sweet, friendly and very gentle when doing my dip manicure. Great conversation and overall experience. I will absolutely be back. Thank you so much, Nina!!
