Wow, just wow. As a 30+year Verizon customer I can't see myself walking into this location again. Our first experience was fantastic. Second, this past Saturday not even close - it truly is amazing the condescending attitude of one individual can change your entire experience. I think you need to take a look at your customer service skills, maybe dealing with the public is just not your jam.

The customer service agent was very rude. My Otterbox phone case was "taken" by another store(ordered 2 weeks prior) so I had to settle for a different color or not have one. Not very happy.

Michael is excellent. I broke my phone and was looking to replace the screen, however, Michael found a way to get me into a new device, for less per month! Michael is such an asset to Verizon. I will refer everyone to him, and will be doing all my business at this location.

Erica really does know her stuff! She helped me get me from US Cellular to Verizon and then offered me amazing deals when I switched.The store was very clean and everyone in the store was very pleasant to talk to and overall I'd recommend the Meredith Verizon 100%

Michael’s condescending behavior today caused me and my husband to leave the store abruptly without the iPhone 15.Resigning myself to paying too much regardless, I asked three separate times what the cheapest option would be overall considering trade-in, our monthly plan, and the dumb promotions they run to make you spend more money. He told me the same thing each time with more condescension, saying that it was a matter of opinion and he couldn’t help me. While I thought the ensuing silence was him coming around and figuring how to explain our pricing options in a more effective way, he was actually staring at his computer waiting for us to tell him what color phone I wanted. Then he had the gall to tell me he wasn’t sure what he’d done to offend me.We also waited for about 10 minutes in a store that had one associate helping one customer, us, and Manager Michael in the back.Save yourself the egomania and go to Laconia.

Two very bad experiences with the staff at this store. Two separate times they were very rude and uncooperative to even ask my sister to knave because she was trying to get a phone for my 88 year old mother and she wasn't spending enough. Never will I go into that place again. Lakes Regoin Computer is the cheapest and overwhelmingly best customer service
