We recently purchased a Keystone Camper from Campers Inn Merrimack and we have been very happy so far. Marc Hamel was a tremendously knowledgeable sales person. We’d been to other dealers, and they just didn’t really hear what we were looking for. (Yes, we did NOT want a bump out, and we did NOT want a Murphy bed!). Marc instantly HEARD us and showed us several campers that we had identified, and another one (less expensive, too) that we hadn’t heard of. He was thorough, thoughtful and respectful. Not common in my book. We went to have our walkthrough, and John C was equally impressive. We never felt rushed, and we were treated like family. (He even shared snacks!!). I’ve no history yet with the service department, but if they’re like the front end of the organization, this holds lots of promise for a great relationship. Thanks. Keep it up.

So happy with my camper and experience here at Campers Inn. My boyfriend and I were helped by Junior. He was so great, patient and knowledgeable. The walk through was amazing. They made sure everything worked great and was ready to go! We have had such a great camping season with our new camper! Would totally recommend them to anyone interested in getting a camper!

I haven't bought anything yet but I can say when I do I'll buy here. Oscar is my salesman and I feel like it's less I'm being sold and more like I'm being taught.

The service department is a waste of time. 5 people standing around not acknowledging you, not listening and frankly not appearing to give a s&it - useless
The reception desk should be called the unwelcome desk.
What happened to friendliness, service with a smile or just a simple ‘hi, can I help you’
Sad

My wife and I went to Campers Inn in Merrimack, NH recently and met with Junior Farias. We are looking for a Super C model. Unfortunately they only had one in stock at the time, however. the sales rep., Junior Farias, was more than cordial and answered all our questions at the time. The dealership was clean and the staff was friendly.

Once again had an amazing experience at Caper's Inn Merrimack!!! Justin the service tech was great. He was pleasant, funny and most importantly knowledable. I always learn something new when I visit. Everyone is always friendly and happy to help! So glad they are in my back yard. Keep up the great work!!!
I'm a newbie to RV's and bought a used Class A motorhome this past summer. Campers Inn is right down the street from me and was recommedned. I've never been disapointed with their service. Even though the RV was not sold by them, they always treat me with respect and answer all my silly questions. Today I took it there for a drive through winterizing service. One of my slides had come out and I couldn't figure out how to retract it. They happily helped me with the issue and had it resolved in minutes. A special shout out to Danny and Cheyenne! They were amazing and took great care of me.

Early this year we purchased a new Renegade Verona from Merrimac, this being our third RV from that location.
Delivery was for springtime and got delayed at the last minute due to leaking water tanks. We brought it home to check things out as the weather allowed.
Eventually the "Lost Replacement Tanks" were found, appointment made, and "repairs" completed.
We had furnished a list of other issues as well. Got it back and the only thing fixed was the power steps. Water tanks still leaked (balance tube) , water pump was cracked, bath fan still malfunctioned and more.
I contacted "We Care" more than once, each time someone called. Long on concern with apologies, short on results.
"Bring it back" 5 hour round trip to maybe get some things fixed.
Based on their track record?
Still waiting for a regional Manager callback after he looks into our issues.
Bottom line, sales nice enough but not helpful, selection and brands very good, service..........forget it.
I fixed 5 of six issues myself with support from their respective vendors.
I guess I already knew (37 years RVing) find your best rig, make your best deal and walk away. Your on your own !!
UPdate;
Never did hear back. So much for "working" with WeCare

Had a great experience with Junior. He listened to our needs and wants. We looked at several options and ended up finding our perfect unit that checked all of our boxes. Good experience from the front door greeting to the sincere thank you as we exited.

We bought a Grand Design camping trailer from Junior Farias at Campers Inn RV. The experience was very pleasant, Junior was very helpful, he answered all our questions. When we picked up our trailer John C gave us a detailed demonstration of all the features of our trailer and Justin installed and demonstrated the trailer hitch and sway bars function. Everyone at Campers Inn RV was helpful and friendly. I would recommend that when a couple comes to visit, you speak to both partners equally.

Great buying experience. Junior Farias provided a friendly, knowledgeable, no pressure buying experience. He was patient with our process as we ran into some changes during our purchase. Would definitely recommend!

A few month ago my wife and I were looking to upgrade our camper. Immediately upon walking in we were greeted and introduced to Marc.
We explained what we were looking for, and what our budget looked like.
We looked at a few campers to help Marcget a better idea of what we really wanted.
Never once during our interactions with him was he pushy. He truly wanted to help us find "Our Perfect Camper" We did some more research in his office to narrow things down.
After 4 or 5 days we got a call from him. He found a unit that he thought we'd like. We returned to the store and he had found exactly what we were looking for. He stayed within our budget and actually found us a better unit than we thought.
He rushed the paper work and had our truck and camper prepped and ready to go as we were leaving for the mountains in 2 days. At no point did we think we'd find such a perfect unit, nevermind being able to take it on our preplanned vaca !
I highly recommend The Campers Inn if you're looking to get into camping or upgrading your unit. The inventory is massive and if they don't have it, they'll find it for you......Quick !
Marc was a genuine guy that didn't just throw us in something and move on to the next customer. He truly wants to know his customers. We spent over an hour getting to know one another in the lot. Talking about life, camping , etc
He has worked there for nearly 40 years. He answers our calls and still continues to help us out when needed. Ask for Marc if you want a straight shooter that doesn't give you the run around !
I'm definitely a customer for life !

I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemies! We bought a brand new RV from there, it was a leftover model from the previous year and apparently it had no maintenance during the time it sat on dealership! We are dealing with leak after leak and the dealership is useless! 5 leaks in 4 months, but they attempted to fix 2 and they still leak. We can see the outside from both slides, water damage from our shower leak has ruined basically our entire bathroom. The underside of our front slide has exposed plywood.
Gregg the GM isn’t helpful, I don’t think anyone is trustworthy there and unsure how they are even still open. Nobody cares because they already got paid. Our current punch list is over 30 items long- what a joke!

Pre-sale as with any sales company was normal. Sales rep generally responded timely. Scheduling pickup and walk through of the trailer was standard.
After sale service is TERRIBLE. We have had multiple issues with the camper (all warranty items) and it is almost impossible to get a human to answer the phone in service, nevermind get them to call you back. When (and IF) they do, they are extremely unhelpful and have no mobile repair units (we had our awning COLLAPSE after 3 trips rendering it un-drivable and had to outsource the removal of the awning and then drive the unit to them for repair). Extremely dissatisfied with post sales service, enough that I wouldn't give them another sale.

***SEE UPDATE BELOW***
We recently purchased an travel trailer from Campers Inn, Merrimack, NH and worked with Junior F. He was excellent to work with. We had an idea of what we wanted, and he took the time to understand our requirements and provide suggestions.
Everyone we worked with, from sales to the business office we're professional and responsive.
There was no pressure at all throughout the process, and so far everything has gone smoothly.
We recommend this dealership and Junior.

***UPDATE 8-22-2024 ****
The great experience has continued! We took delivery of our travel trailer yesterday and all went well, with a few minor things that need to get addressed.
We had a popup trailer in the past, but not the level of our new Imagine Travel Trailer.
Doc was the delivery person and he was awesome! He took his time with no rushing to go over every detail of the trailer, and answer all of our questions. Since he is also a TT owner, he was able to provide his personal experiences and tips that he learned.
Every person that we interacted with made this a positive experience.
