This is the worst company ever. I cancelled services several times 7 months ago and am still getting texts that my bill is due! Now I have to figure out if they're charging one of my cards.

As the Head of School for a nonpublic school in Nashua, I can say of the 100s of companies we do business with, this is THE WORST BY A FACTOR OF 1000. Zero customer service.

1 hour on hold to disconnect landline. If I was adding a landline I would probably be done in 5 minutes. Happy with internet. Unhappy with service
