New phone system greatly complicates getting a simple answer and takes a great number of tries with automation to get through. Options are way too limited.

It difficult to find anything in this store if you are not familiar with it. It's hard to find anyone in the store to help you. The good thing is their rewards program. I save shopping here and this is one reason I shop here.

I switched to the CVS Pharmacy recently and I have been very impressed. Staff are so helpful, so friendly and kind. The techs and pharmacists alike. Thank you for all you do. Thank you for going above and beyond for us, especially Jake. It’s much appreciated!
