Pharmacy staff was very unhelpful and dismissive. They did not fill my script after I got a text they had done it 2 days prior. Then they denied ever receiving the script.

Just nothing but a clown-show. The phone "service" is virtually intolerable with horrific wait times and crappy acoustics. Trying to circumvent all this by using the web site is an exercise in futility; I've been waiting ten days for a script to be filled; the website lies to me saying script will be ready at some time and the clowns deny knowledge of said order. Just a huge waste of time using these clowns.

Horrible customer service. Pharmacy hold time 45 minutes. Closed their drive-thru - I had covid - what am I supposed to do - go in the store and infect everyone in the store? Then when we are finally ready to pay for my prescription - oops, sorry we don't accept your insurance (Well Sense - NH Medicaid), but if you go to Riteaid, Osco, Walgreens, they do, so basically CVS is the only one that does not. Sounds like big time mgmt problems at CVS to me - go anywhere else!

CVS has been my go-to for ages. I've actually planned moves based on how far the place is going to be from a CVS. I am reviewing this store to provide you an update on the Covid tests offered. I had one in Texas some time ago, and I am pleased to report it is just as quick and efficient at this location as it was there. Covid tests are done through the drive-thru by appointment only. I got there a little early and there was only 1 other car ahead of me and they were done quickly. They double check your info then provide you with the gear. It's very easy. You swab up each nostril then stick it in a tube, seal it up, place it in a box. I noticed 2 things that were different here than in Texas: 1) In Texas I was told to stick the tip up 1 inch. Here in NH, she said "go in halfway". I asked her to clarify and she just repeated that. I have no idea what halfway is. I stuck it in real far just to be safe. 2) In Texas the tubes they use have liquid in them and a scrubber on the bottom; you stick the tip in and scrub it around then discard the tip and close up the tube. Here, you just stick the tip in a tube, snap it off, then seal it up. If you're reading this in 2020 or early 2021, expect results online in about a week. Check your email, and especially your junk email folder.

This is by far the worst pharmacy, they never have my children's scripts on hand they have to be special ordered and they are fairly common prescriptions in my opinion ( once for antibiotics, conjunctivitis eye drops, diaper rash cream ) and when I went in there to try to pick them up I wasn't notified that they did not carry these or that I should try to find them else where, the pharmacist was extremely rude and condescending especially considering I had a sick 3 month old baby at home. She patronized me and talked down to me as if I were some sort of imbecile. Needless to say I have boycotted them and told all of my friends and family to do as well.

Have been doing business with this CVS(Merrimack,NH) for many years and think the crew in here Abhu(sp?),Nancy,Maureen,Tina and Rachel are fantastic. When I've been faced with a problem they always go overboard to help me out! I cannot thank them enough! Always a pleasure doing business here, wonderful people!

I stopped by in mid December 2017 and met the new owners. They are very nice and are already making progress on updating the physical store, social media and most importantly the products. The new owners also have a location in Brazil and if you don't know anything about Brazil, this country LOVES meat! I'm certain that the new owners will turn this store into a terrific place and look forward to my next trip to the area in May so I can see what they have accomplished!

I was at this pharmacy on Wed and I was not impressed . There was a little girl who needed a flu shot and she was scared ( kids usually are) . The pharmacist was extremely out of line saying "she wasn't a pediatrician " and that " she shouldn't have to deal with this" . The girl wasn't screaming just tears and nervous . My heart broke for her and her father . If you are in healthcare of ANY type and part of your job is to service the pubic you need to be compassionate. I was very appalled by what I witnessed and will be going to Walgreens from now on. I definitely don't want to deal with that woman if I need any type of medication or assistance . Bring your kids somewhere else for flu shots unless you want them to be treated like animals and ridiculed in front of everyone .

I just had an awful steak and cheese sub. I remember when Franks used to be great, but the prices have sky rocketed and the portion I just received in my steak and cheese was embarrassing. I would love to post a photo of my bread sub with some meat sprinkled inside but I don't see the option. I just spent $9.50 for a steak tip sub that had almost no meat. Franks used to have the best steak and cheese subs in Merrimack but it's clear that the quality and quantity is taking a hit for some reason.

Been here once before and they had great subs. But you never know when you can actually get food at this place. Walked in and the lady said could not get anything hot just cold items as that person when home for the day. Pretty sad as you figure for a local business they would be prepared. I will avoid this place in the future.

Great place to grab a sandwich for breakfast or lunch...my daughter loves the steak tips so I grab those every so often to throw on the grill for dinner...all the prepared foods are pretty good as well.

I can't fathom why some of the other reviews are bad on here. The service was great and the people were SO friendly! They had a huge selection of fresh meats, steaks, and more. They had some really tasty-looking pre prepared dishes you can throw in the oven for dinner after work. My only complaint is that I wish the sandwich bread was homemade. They're just the generic rolls. That would put the sammy's over the top!

Very disappointed I normally wouldn't complain but the customer service was horrible. The older gentleman was very rude while talking my order. The younger staff was great. I will not return or reccomend this deli.
