Convenient location. CVS is just a nuisance with price gauging and obnoxious but necessary coupons - those coupon applied and sales prices are still greater than Target regular prices.

New phone system greatly complicates getting a simple answer and takes a great number of tries with automation to get through. Options are way too limited.
