“They are great at the store but the warrenty company is the worse experience in my life..if you get a warrenty on the furniture be prepared to wait over a month to get it fixed and numerous emails and phone calls and just honostly alot of your time..I waited literally an hour an a half with guardian and they never answered or called me back..I have the picture I dont know how to post it with this”

“Ordered a “mule chest” from Pompanoosuc Mills. We had It modified from the standard design and had it made of natural finish cherry. The drawer fronts horizontally were made from full width of the chest, boards. This allowed the grain pattern to continue continuously, horizontally across the drawer fronts. A VERY nice detail I have not even seen in Stickley case goods. The inset drawer design had completely uniform gap spacing around the drawers. Most manufacturers don’t even attempt this. Expensive but then if your grandkids inherit it, it’s really not.”
“After having a not so great experience with our previous couch, I am very happy with the new couch that was delivered. Cindy in Bedford took the time to listen to me and didn’t waste our time showing me couches that wouldn’t fit within the specifics that I wanted. She was incredibly knowledgeable and anything she didn’t know off the top of her head (which wasn’t much) she quickly looked up for me. I feel like with Cindy’s help I was able to find the perfect couch for my family. Our delivery experience was also wonderful. Jorge from JB Hunt was friendly, efficient and tidy. I didn’t feel rushed by him at all and he made sure I was happy with the couch and with the placement. Overall, this was a wonderful experience and I’m so happy I chose to go with Boston Interiors again. The quality and professionalism is unmatched on every level.”
“I bought a Craftsman table saw, but when I got it home, I found multiple parts to be missing from the box. Needless to say, I wasn't thrilled, but upon returning it, the customer service associate Kathy, turned my negative experience into a very positive one. She was kind, patient, understanding and very helpful. She aided me in exchanging my faulty table saw for a brand new one and even inspected the box with me to make sure it had all the required parts. It was much appreciated!”
“The staff has always been polite when I purchased items there. That location is clean and well organized. Some of the product such as tile is not that good for the price but no different than any chain store.
You do get a lot less broken tile in a box unlike a Home Depot or a Lowe's. The product isn't treated like sack of potatoes like Home Depot or Lowe's by the staff or customers. When a place is clean and organized people tend to treat a place better. You go into a dark dirty warehouse supplier people are more likely to treat the place like a city dump.
The place is well lighted and can see the product. You are able to see fine detail unlike a dungeon like warehouse supplier.
Some items in stock are an issue. Before you go to a location I would call first before going. They may have to order what you want and should go there at least 2 weeks before you plan to install.”
