Went in there to look at hats not a hi or nothing , guy kept looking at us like we were stealing. I asked the heavy set guy what the price of a shirt and he replied “ it’s on there if you look “ with an attitude.

The manager at this location, Chris, went above and beyond for me. I purchased a hat and entered my email incorrectly so never received my receipt. This led to an issue when trying to exchange my hat at another store. On Chris’s day off, he personally reached out to me, got time of transaction, and was able to send the receipt to the store so I could exchange for the hat I decided on. I know for myself, I would never care enough to be bothered on my day off, but Chris made it apparent that making sure the customer is happy is his priority. I hope that someone else from Lids is able to see this and recognize his care and work. Thanks again Chris!

I stopped in this store with my son and his teammate after a basketball tournament where the boys had just played an early 9 am game (they were still in uniform) before we made the long 3 1/2 hour trip back home to upstate NY. They were so excited to stop there and were each planning to buy something to take home. The store manager made a comment to them asking if they had forgotten to change after the game. Then he made a comment that they should take a shower. After this extremely rude experience I told the boys who still wanted to purchase merchandise that we had to go and we would not be buying anything from that store. Thanks for ruining 2 fourteen year olds trip to your store. You are clearly in the wrong business if you cannot tolerate 2 excited young athletes who just wanted to find a good deal on some of their favorite team gear. Worst customer service ever in a lids store we will stick to our local shops.
