Merrimack Commons Laundromat is a great, wonderful, and clean laundromat. It is extremely well lit, spacious, and a perfect size. The location is well-maintained with clean floors, a fresh atmosphere, and good machines that accept quarters and credit cards, with a reliable change machine. The old-time washing decor adds a nice, thoughtful touch. It is usually busy but the flow of people is consistent, so customers rarely wait for a machine or a dryer. The staff are friendly, helpful, kind, patient, courteous, and efficient. They are customer-friendly and patiently answer questions, making a huge difference for first-time visitors. The service for dropping off laundry is also good, with many repeat customers. The laundromat is convenient for washing larger items like curtains, rugs, and heavy comforters, with very large machines available. It is also considered less expensive than others in the area. There is plenty of parking and a waiting area with enough chairs, though the fabric seats are stained. The dryers cost 25 cents for five minutes. A couple of machines sometimes have issues with credit cards. The only notable issue is an occasional smell of cigarettes that wafts inside from outside the door. Overall, it is definitely one of the best in the area, with good hours, and many customers plan to return.

It is a little out of the way for me, prices might be a little higher but the place is large and clean and there is a dollar tree next to it so you can save money shopping while you wash.

I have a disability and the owner was very patient and nice and helped thought the process. Prices are good but the only complaint is that it takes alot of coins so just be prepared.
