Return policy horrible. No option to return via credit card because I guess Nike isn't up to speed with every other retailer.

My family and I were in from Canada, shopping. Had a great experience at nike, found some great deals. Also the employees were exceptional! Especially Chris g! If your in new Hampshire i'd highly recommend you stop in ! We will difently be back. Excellent job at this location nike !!

Love this outlet and service is usually great. I was a little annoyed that, even with a $300 purchase, the staff wouldn't give me 1 extra bag at the checkout counter.

If you have the time, go to Salem Nike. We came from Salem only to find higher prices, lower sale percentage(40% off in Salem 30% off in Merrimack, also identical shoes were 84.99 in Salem and 114.99 in Merrimack), and a smaller selection in Merrimack. We will now drive right past Merrimack to go to Salem.
