Been going here and sending my trucks to fill up here for years. Went for the first time after they reopened and had a very very bad experience with an employee telling me what to do and how to pump gas. I will not be coming back and will not be sending my trucks to fill up there anymore. Such a shame that people just cant mind their own business and let people live their lives in a free country......

Shout out to the mid aged brunette that works the afternoon shift (sry I 4got your name!) You are the sweetest! ?My son loves her as she remembered him from the previous day when we came in & as we were leaving he seen something he wanted. So the next day she asked him if he had been a good boy, & if she could let him get the toy he wanted! Now every time we pass the store he’s always reminding us that a very, kind & thoughtful lady works there & she bought him a toy he liked ?

Last night (Monday Dec. 20th) at around 7 to 7:30 pm my friend and I stopped to get gas and snacks. While we were in the store, the cashier who was working at the time (a blonde woman, didn’t catch her name) told us to keep an eye out for a guy she had just cashed out because he seemed angry and suspicious. As we checked out he sat in his car and didn’t leave so the cashier said she got a bad vibe and told us she would walk us out to make sure we got to our car safely. As soon as the guy saw us leaving with the cashier he pulled out and drove away, staring at us the whole way past. Pretty sure he would’ve tried to follow us or do something sketchy had she not offered to walk us out. She was super nice and I really appreciate her concern and efforts to help us! I really wish I had gotten her name so I could leave her a more specific good review. I hope the manager sees this and knows who she is.

The service excellent. Great personality on guy ?. But holy s##! Was it freezing in there. 2 of us had goosebumps. And they don't have slushies but after being so cold I didn't want one anymore

Coffee was cold. Large store but the isles were jammed close and most of the store towards back was empty space. Customer service could have been better.

This is a complaint about employee at Rapid Refill, Lisa.She flirts with my boyfriend every time hes in the store, confirmed by him. I know other people who say they wont even go in the store because of how flirtatious she is. She makes people uncomfortable. Last week right in front of my face she said to my boyfriend, "do you wanna model for me?" and earlier that day she was talking to him about how he should model for her friend and asking if hes ever considered modeling. I yelled at her and told her that i dont care that she doesnt like me but dont flirt with my boyfriend and she denied ever flirtting with him. I plan on never going back. hope she gets fired.
