Your Self Service Machine needs to be serviced every other week. It needs to be canned or taken out and put in the oven a little longer cuz thats absolutely ridiculous.

I gotta say this has to be the worst bank in America, they barely have any of them and when you find one, you can't deposit inside or outside. I'm closing this bank!!!

I have been with this bank before it was TDBANK and couldn’t be any happier.I had someone out of the USA trying to get into my account and the bank but a stop on my account. Very thankful for that. Great for notarizing papers too

TD bank charged me $10.00 to cash a check drawn on TD BANK. Because I am not a customer. Now I never will be. Cheap.

What with their covid excuses and me not being able to go in and wear some masquerade which i can't, I cannot properly manage my accounts. They just give me the run around with the phone loop 800 number labyrinth. No actual service! 0 stars. Thanks for the discrimination!

One of the worst bank service experience. Teller could care less if you keep your account with them or not. Apparently the manager would rather take a lunch break than deal with a customer, who took the time to visit the bank, waited for the drive-thru window during Covid, etc. And when he did call, just an attitude about how it would cost me $25/hour to research how much fees they have charged me. Also, the bank changed my account to the one with fees and notified me about it. So I am moving 3 accounts to a different bank.

The Merrimack branch staff are poorly trained and do not care to look further into a matter unless pushed by the customer. They make the customer to do all the research when they have access to the same information. It has been 20 days of going back and forth with staff blaming other departments but no solution for the customer. Sadly the branch manager, Donna has not even tried to assist even though her staff stated to me she is aware. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I think it’s time to file a complaint and find a new bank.

Wish I could update this to ZERO STARS. Not only was the ATM out of service AGAIN today, but you can't prepare your withdrawal slip ahead of time because THEY NO LONGER GIVE THEM OUT. You HAVE to get it from a teller. Absolutely ZERO convenience, not to mention their atrocious fees and requirements for accounts. I will be moving my checking and savings to Capitol One Bank...

ATM is ALWAYS AND I MEAN ALWAYS broken, being serviced, doesn't have enough money anything and everything that ruins the convenience of actually having the ATM. I work less than half a mile from this location and I have to drive to Bedford or Nashua to use another ATM.

TD Bank in Merrimack has a great staff and I am always greeted warmly when I go in to make deposits. I have been banking there for several years and am always pleased with the great level of service I receive.
