“This was our second time renting a U-Haul from Rod. He is so easy to work with and everything has been quick and easy both times we rented from him. Our first time we ended up going over to his shop because we waited at an actual U-Haul store for over 2 hours. Their system wasn’t working on one computer while at the same time a handful of other customers had come and picked up their rentals from the other customer service rep while we stood there patiently waiting. As soon as we left we called Rod and he had one available right away and it took less than 10 minutes to complete the paperwork and have the keys in our hands. Please consider using Rods Auto for U-Haul rentals! We will be using him every time from now on!!”
“Good price for a 26' box truck. Newer vehicle, clean. Only issue was one of the wheels or tires seemed out of balance as there was this shake/vibration when traveling about 30mph or more.”

“The customer service at the Home Depot is excellent (despite the fact that they are understaffed like all the stores are nowadays). I was helped at the Service Desk by an associate named Emma, and she went above & beyond when I was having a problem with a $$ home delivery item that hasn't shown up at my house and it's over a week late. She made lots of phone calls on my behalf and although the issue still isn't entirely resolved, she has escalated it so that it will be resolved soon. I truly appreciated her empathy and ability to think on her feet! I would recommend that Home Depot give her & her colleauges raises because a lot of the customers were pretty darned grumpy and she and her team did an excellent job keeping everything under control. Retail is rough today and this store has a great and caring staff!”

“This is the best car rental agency in the world. Mike, the manager, gave me the kindest customer service and best pricing. I had a very complicated moving task after my parents passed. I flew in from California and because there was so much stuff in storage I needed 3 weeks of rentals including 2 box trucks, an SUV, and a one way rental. Mike went out of his way to save me time and money. I honestly felt like he was my big brother, or favorite cousin helping me out. He gave me great rates on the moving trucks and helped me figure out the most economical ways to structure the rental. When I decided to do the one way rental from NH to OK he gave me a wise suggestion to rent a minivan if I could get all the stuff I wanted in there, they ARE pretty big with the seats folded down. I'm so glad I did it like that but he was going to help me get a difficult-to-find cargo van if I had decided to transport some bigger items.All in all, 1000 stars. Kindness is what really makes the world a nice place.”
