“I love Smokers haven on east otterson st!!! I go there at least once a week and as soon as i enter the door i am greeted by someone!!! Always have a HUGE selection of vapes and very organized!!!! The employees R all great!!!!”
“EFX are the best nicotine pouches. Was a strong zyn user but once I did my homework and read about the chemicals in zyn VS EFX it’s a no brainer. Ten times better quality and overall better experience. Make the change.”
“Staff is always knowledgeable in items they are selling, fast and friendly service and they are always able to accommodate my needs and if for some reason an item I need is out of stock they are quick to re-order it and are able to fill my request in a timely manner. Definitely my go to vape shop and id give it more than 5 stars if I could. 😊”
“Noel was extremely kind and personable. He made sure to correct the damaged vapes and explained the different products. He made the shop both times easy and pleasurable, gave me a reason to return and recommend this location.”
“They carry a nice selection of 0% nicotine vapes! There delicious, and are fantastic for helping you get through nicotine addiction. I love smoking but at the same time I'm not interested in poisoning my body so this is the perfect alternative for me! Only three ingredients in the Raz brand vapes, propylene glycol, vegetable glycerin and flavoring!!
The customer service was great ?”
“The staff is always friendly and gives great recommendations when I’m not sure what I want to try. Cute and clean little shop. Awesome rewards program. I wish it could open a little bit earlier, but I’m still going to frequent here over any other local shops!! :)”
“Lily is always very friendly and extremely helpful, as well as full of knowledge on the products that are sold. I find all the staff equally helpful and friendly. Lily takes it just a bit further though, and I find her customer service to be well above par. Thank you Lily! Very happy with my recent purchase of XROS PRO Vape pen.”
