“I went in to grab some brewers yeast. The manager (Kat) informed me they are out but may be getting a shipment that day. She asked if she could contact me if they got it in. Sure enough, she called me when they got it in a few hours later. I didn’t answer the call since I was working but went back there around 6. She wasn’t there but left a container of brewers yeast for me in the back and told her night shift employee to be sure to give it to me. So sweet! “I had a great experience when I came here for the first time in March, 2023. The gentleman working helped me select several products to get me started, and I had been a regular ever since. They always had what I needed with a full selection of products in stock... Sadly to say, I haven't seen the same guy there the past few months. Others working haven't been able to provide nearly as much feedback on products (I'm assuming they don't use much of it). At the same time, it seems they've been out of stock on larger sizes of GNC brand protein powders as of late, which never was the case before. I went in last week and it felt like they were trying to spread out product to make the shelves appear fuller. Overall, I was pretty disappointed. I got most of what I needed, just not the sizes I wanted. Maybe they're prepping for some reorganization?”
