“1st time customer and also someone who doesn't really shop jewelry much just was shopping around in the outlet for gifts. Was greeted by Luke, Kaitlin on weekday as it wasn't really busy. I couldn't ask for better customer service and how sweet both of them were, that just made me feel comfortable and not pushed at all to buying a piece. After then both helping me for hours as i was the only in store, found a special piece as a gift for my cousin graduation.
