Convenient location. Use citizens for my personal and small business. The staff are friendly. My only complaint is the hours. No evenings at all.

The drive-thru ATM can be a little funky and unreliable at times. But the staff here have always been extremely kind & courteous to me. Shout out to Donna who assisted me when the ATM did not initially accept my check deposit.

Customer service is top notch. The employees of the Milford, NH branch are the only reason I continue to bank with Citizens. A+ in friendliness, knowledge and helpfulness.
