The drive-thru ATM can be a little funky and unreliable at times. But the staff here have always been extremely kind & courteous to me. Shout out to Donna who assisted me when the ATM did not initially accept my check deposit.

Customer service is top notch. The employees of the Milford, NH branch are the only reason I continue to bank with Citizens. A+ in friendliness, knowledge and helpfulness.

I and my family have been banking here for over 30 years. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They get to know you and work to get you what you need. It is nice to have the flexibility of business and personal banking in one spot. And the online portal is easy to use. I highly recommend this bank and branch.
