My trust in body shops is non existent and Kincaid is the only one I’ll continue to deal with after 18 years in the glass industry seeing how most body shops operate. I travel from Hudson to Milford for my own peace of mind.

My rear latch catch had come loose and made it almost impossible to close the tailgate. I stopped by Kincaid’s to see if they could help secure it again. They took care of it right away and when I tried to pay them they told me that I was all set.

This was our second run-in with a deer and we went back to Kincaid Auto Repair. They were busy so we waited several weeks, but it was definitely worth the wait. Initially our insurance company insisted on after market parts. Neither the folks at Kincaid nor we were happy with the way the pieces went together. Kincaid contacted our insurance company again and were able to get OEM parts. The car now looks terrific!

I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the body work at KARS!
First, Bill, the owner, is great to deal with. He's very personable, and a pleasure to talk to. He's very clear in what needs to be done and how he'll do it. There is no extra built into the estimate.
Second, the work was done on time and within the estimate. He used the highest quality materials and it shows.
Third, the work was outstanding. The paint all matched perfectly on the car. The hood/fender Lines matched perfectly all the way front to back. You can't tell there was ever any damage.
If you want the highest quality work at an affordable price, this is the place! This is business as it used to be, and still is, in a small town!

After having a subpar experience with another local repair shop, I took a chance and popped down to Kincaid for a quote. The girls in the office were so kind, informative, and got me exactly what I needed quickly. Not only did they make the process extremely simple for someone who has never had to deal with a repair, they also did an excellent job making the work performed perfect. They actually had my vehicle ready two days earlier than anticipated and looking brand new. 10/10 recommend if you need work! While you never wish to have repairs needed to be made, if you do this is the place.

After my first accident with a deer I had severe front end & passenger side damage. Kincaids came recommended from a friend. When I called & spoke to Paige she mentioned their turnaround was 2 months if parts were available. My car was towed to their shop June 22 and I picked up on July 21. I can’t express how thankful I am for the turnaround & consistent info Paige was always willing to share with me. They worked well with my insurance company, Gieco.
