Went in for milk and ill never be back. Clerk said they "haven't gotten a delivery in a while" and that is definitely the truth. it looks like they are in the final stages of closing, but the clerk said that they are not.

I have called this pharmacy four times today trying to check on a prescription and each time someone picks up the phone only to hang it back up. No "Please Hold" or let it go to voicemail. They just hang up on you without answering. This is not the first time this has happened either.
When you do go down there to pick up a prescription they move slower than molasses. I have spent more than 10 minutes, on multiple occasions, waiting in line at the pharmacy drive in while someone goes and "fetches" my prescription. If there is limited staffing they should close the drive through window.
The staff never seems to have any sense of urgency and will only mumble in response to questions. Extremely unprofessional and very off putting.
I will be taking my prescriptions elsewhere.

Didn't open until 8:05, sign said 8. And they were pretty rude about me waiting there.

Had the worst experience with the older pharmacist who wears a mask, didn’t greet me or say hello, and just stared at me expecting me to know she was looking at me so I could approach her, told me my perscription wouldn’t be ready for 2 hours after the three hours I had waited prior, blamed me for signing off on my prescription too early, told me I had to go to the front to check out because she wouldn’t do two transactions, and then just walked away, she has no customer service etiquette. Also told the store manager this experience and he said, “I don’t know how it works back there” and when I said that it wasn’t normal tjat one perscription was ready and one wasn’t when they were ordered at the same time, he responded with “yeah that usually isn’t normal”

There is no reason to be sitting at the drive through for 15 minutes without being acknowledged. A simple "we'll be right with you." Would suffice.

I can honestly say that pharmacies in general are pretty hit or miss, but I've never had a good experience with a Rite Aid. The stores are always dim and kind of dirty, and at this location, the pharmacy staff is so rude. I went through the drive thru to get a prescription, and I had to hit the call button twice. It took more than 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. Then the pharmacist helping me was taking her time, talking to people behind her, etc. Then told me if I was in a rush, I should have gone inside instead. How in the actual hell does that make sense? Needless to say, I transferred pharmacies that day. It was the interaction that pushed me over the edge with them, as every time I picked up a prescription they were super rude.

There is a woman there at the pharmacy that is incredibly rude. Every time I have to call to check if a prescription has been sent she cuts me off and is incredibly rude and unpleasant with her attitude. She hung up the phone when I am not even done talking. She is the WORST!!! I will not be going back there anymore!!!!!

The older Gentlemen pharmacist is always rude, like he’s not a well paid pharmacist. Inconvenience for him to deal with any customers. This rite aid will never get my business again as the counter staff at the front can barely be at the counter to check people out. Luckily there are plenty of pharmacy options in Milford. Won’t be going back to Mont Vernon St.

Got my booster shot at this store yesterday because they are doing Walk-In Wednesday’s (a brilliant idea), where people can just come in and get a booster shot. The pharmacists and the inoculator were fantastic and so easy to deal with. I highly recommended going to this store for your booster.

Customer service was slow, the girl with bright red hair was rude and glaring at everyone she ignored us at checkout multiple times and was too busy on her phone or joking with another employee. Ben (I think his name is) came out right when he saw us and was helpful but that girl made my family very uncomfortable and unwelcomed
