  The best buying experience from start to finish. From the start of the sale all the way to finance I was guided in the right direction with knowledge and a low pressure sale. I was also impressed that I met employees in parts,service and accessories. If I could leave 10 stars I would.

  What an amazing experience! Will went above and beyond on finding me the exact machine that would best fit my needs and riding style! He took the time to go over all the options features that these atv have nowadays. He answered all my questions and took the time out of his busy day to make sure they all were answered! We even performed a side by side on different trim packages, engine size. Shock packages, gauge functions and many more. He went over how they operated on and off road! He gave me an upmost red carpet treatment! Will is truly the best and I cannot thank him enough! Thanks again Will!

  I’ll quit riding before I buy another machine from this place. 33k dollar machine sounds like the front end is falling off when I hit a bump and they give me the typical dismissal. Saying the noise is coming from tools bouncing around in my toolbox. I buy a new machine every 3-4 years and the next one won’t be from SVM that’s for sure

  Solid experience here, everyone I interacted with was very nice. Pricing is good, and they are very upfront about all costs, fees, OTD price, etc.

  The sales experience here is good, but the service experience is not. I brought my brand-new bike in for its break-in service and they mixed red and green coolants. They saw no issue with this, but Husqvarna specs these motorcycles to use red coolant, even though they come with green coolant. These two types are chemically different and should not be mixed.
  
  As a customer, you have no way of knowing what coolant is actually in your motorcycle, and the service department won’t provide anything in writing to confirm that any problems caused by this mixing would be covered. That’s unacceptable.
  
  I normally service my own motorcycles, but to protect the warranty I had the work done here at an authorized service center. For the $280 cost, I expect the job to be done correctly, not excuses like “we didn’t have the right color one.” This is basic maintenance, and issues like this should not happen. If you’re willing to lose someone’s business over fixing this, that’s pretty sad.

  The staff were great and they had a wide selection of atv’s, sxs’s etc. didn’t feel pressured into buying at all, and I like that they have the option for you to take a test drive on some nearby trails.

  If you want a great experience with low pressure sales, this is the place to go. Aaron, the sales manager is absolutely wonderful. It’s hard to find companies that are honest and do business with Integrity but this is one of them for sure.
