I went in to get a cashiers check with cash this morning, I only have a business account. They said I need to deposit it, they said I needed a personal account if the money wasn't business related, I reluctantly said fine I'll open a personal account. Then the manager said I'm not opening a personal account so you can just get a cashiers check. So basically - I was told I need a personal account to get a cashiers check then when i said ok I will open one they said NO because I might just close the account. Make it make sense. Go to the Weare TD bank they are much nicer. Avoid Milford.

Parked in the back of the building with a small trailer, got kicked out while waiting in my truck for the bank to open by an alleged employee.

Good bank. Staff are very friendly. Convenient hours. They helped set up a new account and helped to make sure my wife's deposits would go in smoothly.

It was great service I went in to open up an account. However I couldn't do so due to not having a valid license I had an expired one. So they follow the rules pretty well. Customer service was great, other than that. It's a great place, great place to open up a bank account for your children. I'd recommend it to anybody. They have TD Banks all over the place around here.

They need to get rid of the new girl they hired, shes very rude and didnt take care of my check properly, said id get the first $100 and then the rest cleared and the girl gave me $80 and didnt clear my check than shes just flat out disrespectful and terrible at her job, paul is the only one there who doesnt give me a problem hes always helpful and has to fix all the other workers mistakes, paul is the best, but the motto is americas most convenient bank, more of americas most inconvenient bank due to all there staff except paul

I have been a TD Bank customer for well over a decade and, in that time, my overall experience with them has been overwhelmingly positive. The first thing I must acknowledge is that, they are a bank. And banks - inherently - have rules, regulations, and limitations which mandate and/or influence how they operate. In many cases, I am not a big fan (in some cases despise) these factors - many of which are ruled by federal guidelines. Despite that - and considering that, every day, TD personnel must work under these restrictions - the bank excels in every way. I have had extensive, personal experience with at least four branches of TD Bank and, in every case, those experiences have been positive (special shout-out to Milford and Wilton, NH.) And to be more specific, and give most of the credit where it is due, the employees I have come in to contact with have all been friendly, professional, accommodating, sensitive, and thorough. To give just one recent - albeit extreme - example: Several months ago, my TD debit card was compromised. Lots of money was taken from my account, and I was in full panic mode. It was all the money I had. First, I called the national customer service #, and was helped by an incredibly competent, amazingly empathetic person. She calmed me down, took some information, and assured me that everything was going to be OK. The next step was to visit my local branch in person (pre-Covid), and find out what my options were. Again, I was promptly helped by another incredibly competent, amazingly empathetic person who calmly took me through the process of closing my account, and setting me up with a new one. With every step, she answered my questions, and thoroughly explained the process of dealing with the fraud issue. They promptly got me protected with a new card, and new account and, a short time later, covered the stolen money. I could go on to describe many other simpler, equally positive daily interactions I've had with the bank, but I hope this brief write-up has made my point. For a bank... TD really is one of the best!

TD Bank Milford NH is the best bank. Everyone in the bank is always so helpful and great to work with. They remember your name and your dog at the drive thru.

I strongly oppose this place solely due to the fact that there are a hundred parking spaces, maybe 5 cars ever parked there, and 24/7 security guard making sure you don't park there unless you're going into the bank...not even to grab a quick coffee at union. I was considering switching to a bank with a local branch but will never support this place while they have this policy.

I love everything about this bank. The customer service is outstanding, the hours are great and parking is easy. I always use the Amherst Branch, where they actually remember me!! It is easy to talk with the branch managers and they can be so helpful!
