I'm giving a 1 star today but would have given 5 last yr. The lady named Ash that works there was training another girl so should have known what she was doing. She told me the store doesn't carry sim cards yet the guy whom took over got me one. She gave up helping me before the other guy took over. She said there was nothing she could do. Yet the other guy got my phone working.he only started helping because I reminded them it's been 30 yrs now that we have been with them and I have 2 small kids and can't go without a phone. I'm highly disappointed with them and will now drive all the way to Manchester when I need help

Today I visited this store. I was sent to this location from another location to get a new sim card for my phone. The employees of the store refused to help me stating that my phone was working fine. But I cannot make phone calls or texts and my phone keeps saying that it is not connected to a network. Now U have to go back out tomorrow and try a third store to see if a new sim card will help. The people working here are rude to me as they told me that IT at USCellular do not know what they are doing. I was also told that the people working in the Manchester location do not know what they are doing. I will never return to this store again. The manager should be ashamed of their employees.

Went in to check on phone cases for a pixel 7 pro only had 2 a clear and black and another ugly clear one that the clerk recommended ask to see my phone like I was lieing processed to take my case off and put that one only like I was going to buy it 26 Dollars for rubber then asked for my phone number when I told him didn't have an account there his attitude changed no wonder there was no body in th there pushy
