Called and spoke to someone and they hung up on me and told me to call customer service. Great employees you have here representing Verizon. Definitely would not recommend visiting this location and certainly would recommend staying away from Verizon in general.

I had a wonderful experience here at Verizon in the Milford Oval. Michael was so helpful. He got me significant savings on a new phone and helped me combine services from two phones into one. He was patient, knowledgeable, and courteous. Other customers came in while I was there and he was equally helpful to them. This store stands out among the crowd for Verizon cell phone service and customer care.

The Milford Verizon is a bit of a hike for me to get to, but well worth the outstanding service!!! Kyle got me hooked up with the iPhone 15 ProMax and it is AWESOME!!! I had been so unhappy with the last phone I had gotten which came from a different location where I was not educated properly to understand the downgrades I was going to be experiencing from changing from my higher-quality original phone to the last phone I had. Kyle was so helpful and informative! He also got me the best deal and hooked me up with all the right accessories to ensure I only had to make one trip to be totally set! So appreciative of the fantastic service! Also super excited to learn that the Keene location by Hannaford is the same owner!! Highly recommend!

Heidi was such an amazing help ! A month earlier she helped me switch my iPhone 11 to the 15 within 20 mins tops ! She went over all the options and was very thorough and professional. She epitomizes what great customer service should look like. And today she helped upgrade my wife’s phone ! I give Heidi a 100 out of 10 ranking if that is possible ! Make sure you go see her for all your needs ! I never ever do reviews good or bad so that says a lot about how amazing both of my experiences has been ! Thank you Heidi!!

Heidi helped me get a new phone and made the experience very easy! Cody and Kyle have also helped me in the past and everyone there is great! I wouldn't go to any other Verizon store!
