“Several weeks ago, I had the task of putting my 17 year-old cat Riley down. I found it to be a difficult experience since he was my little buddy. I have to say that the veterinary clinic were very understanding, and compassionate throughout the process A little while afterwards I received a very nice card from Dr. Roberts. A couple days Later II received Riley‘s ashes a paw print and a small amount of his fur. I highly recommend this hospital for whatever pet care you need.”
“Today we had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to our dog, Willow. I cannot say enough good things about Bedford Animal Hospital and the incredible people who work there.
During one of the hardest moments a pet owner can go through, they treated Willow and our family with so much kindness, compassion, patience, and respect. They never made us feel rushed, explained everything gently, and went above and beyond to make Willow’s final moments as peaceful and comfortable as possible.

“I am filled with gratitude for the service, care, and compassion we received from Dr. Cianelli. From the start she clearly explained and mapped out the treatment plan for my cat who was suffering from a broken leg and issues with femoral head sitting in the hip joint. He also suffered from a recurrent infection due to an upper tooth poking a hole in the lower gum line. And he had digestive issues resulting in significant weight loss. Following her plan of supplements and receiving acupuncture, I am thrilled to report that he has made a full recovery without the need for any surgical intervention. He is even spared from the tooth extraction as the inflammation in the gum resolved and the problem went away. On many levels it feels like a series of miracles considering what we thought was ahead of us with multiple surgeries.
