Don't think I've ever been to this pharmacy and not spent at least 30 minutes for something that should take 2. Everything's a travesty here. Just scheduled a COVID booster, arrived 10 minutes early and walked out after 45 minutes of blunders with no shot. Highly recommend going elsewhere unless you have tons of extra time on your hands and like spending it sitting by a pharmacy window.

If you don't mind the pharmacy auto filling prescriptions when they don't need to the this is the pharmacy for you. They reached out to my prescriber to get a refill for a prescription that I had just picked up two days prior. Auto fill is a nice feature if you only have 1-2 prescriptions. Any more than that I would not recommend it. Prescription refills from your doctor that get sent to the pharmacy don't mesh well with their automatic prescription refill system.Sometimes the old fashion way of calling your refills in yourself is better. I took my business elsewhere.

Laurie (spelling may be way off) in Pharmacy is a life saver! I needed to make sure I had my test results in time for a flight but for some reason the test results were ready, but they were not sending. She kept an eye on the emails and they finally got to me in time. THANK YOU for your service and attention to help a customer in need.

The pharmacy is awful. They pick and choose when they feel like filling prescriptions. They're rude about things and say I'm not going to sit here and talk about this with you when that is their job. I hear nothing but awful things about them and too bad it's true and they get to decide when people can have their meds that they need.

Tried to call and speak to the pharmacy, just kept being asked stupid questions by automated system. God forbid you speak to a human being. The worst customer service on the planet.

After waiting over 90 minutes for a promised 25-30 minute wait, I got home and found pieces missing for a nebulizer. Zabi, the pharmacist at Walgreens in Milford was absolutely less than helpful. We've always been happy with the pharmacy at this store, but, he was absolutely less than helpful (telling me all pieces were there and then after acknowledging that the box he gave me was open, he declared that my only options were to contact the manufacturer or go to the emergency room!). Hopefully, Walgreens recognizes this soon.

Absolutely terrible pharmacy. The basic knowledge of customer service is completely lost here. Make sure you get the correct amount they're charging your card because they love to give you one price quote and then charge your card for a much higher amount. It's really fun when they try to run a huge amount over and over and end up locking your bank account. The girl literally locked up 4 cards. Thank God our fraud deduction caught the transactions. The pharmacist is also extremely arrogant and enjoys talking down to you as if you were a child. Avoid this place!

Waiting for a rx and hear girl saying that she feels like telling people if they don't like the wait they can go somewhere else and that when a person comes up to see if their rx is ready sometimes she feels like telling them no even if it is. Maybe if they let people know that their rx is ready they wouldn't have to ask.I said that I would wait but they never let me know that it was ready, found put after waiting for 1/2 hour. Last time I shop here for anything!
