I blew a tire across the street from this shop. I went over and asked for a hand, and without hesitation an employee (whose name is unfortunately slipping my mind) came out to give me a hand. He even went back across the street to get a torque wrench to make sure I was all set. Thanks again for the help!

I can't say enough wonderful things about 3 ponds automotive!!!
The staff at three ponds automotive has gone above and beyond to assist my young adult son in purchasing a car. They have stopped him from making bad car investments by taking the time to do thorough inspections before purchase. We are new to the area and left behind our auto mechanic of 40+ years, so finding an equally reliable, fair and honest new mechanic shop right down the road has been a blessing.

Three Ponds tried to charge me $868 for a repair that I didn't need. They saw I had a decent car, and figured they could rip me off. Very Shady! PS. There was No oil leak. You Lied. You tried to schedule me for an $868 repair that I didn't need. Don't Trust Three Ponds Automotive!

Three Ponds tried to rip me off this week. They did a car inspection on my 2019 Challenger. It passed inspection, but the guy behind the counter told me there was a crack in my oil filter housing and my car was leaking oil. He then told me it would cost $868 to repair. The next day I took my Challenger to another dealer and asked them to look at my oil filter housing. They found No crack, no leak, nothing. My engine was clean and the oil was at perfect level. Three Ponds had tried to get me for an $868 repair that I totally didn't need. Sad Scammers!

October sucks because I am a year older and it is car inspection time. While I still gained a year, Chris and the crew made this years inspection as pleasant as this activity can be without a car payment. ?

I've been taking my vehicles to Three Ponds Automotive for over five years and it's time to write a review. I highly recommend this business. I get accurate diagnosis of any mechanical problems and they always suggest an appropriate fix. They don't oversell you on anything. Routine vehicle servicing is inexpensive; complicated problems are managed well. I am always satisfied with my car (or van) when I have Three Ponds work on it. Best and honest mechanics in the business which is very rare took me forever to find a honest mechanic saves me thousands a rear as a delivery driver who does almost 50 thousand miles a year if you are sick of being miss treated at a dealership check these guys out you won't regret it ?

Such a shame Joe and Michelle sold this place. After trying the new owners for a few different items (which went badly so I took my business elsewhere) I decided to give them another try. A failed state inspection for tint that was put on professionally 4 years ago and has passed every year since (with a tint meter). Back to bringing my vehicles to another town, so much for supporting local businesses.

If zero was a choice I'd use it. One of their mechanics put an inspection sticker on a vehicle that I eventually purchased from a local Rochester car dealer. 15 days after the sticker was put on and I bought the vehicle I was sitting on the side of the Spaulding with a broken control arm and driveshaft that was gone. If I hadn't just entered the roadway and it happened at highway sped the chances I am able to write this view is just about zero. These are easy inspection items and these idiots missed it. If you value your safety do not go here, I wouldn't trust them to fill my washer fluid
