Mike did a wonderful job refinishing the hardwood floor and steps in my living room, dining room and hallway. I'd asked him to use water based polyurethane because I couldn't take the cats out of the house and I have a tenant upstairs. He was very responsive and did exactly what he said he'd do when he said he would.
