This place is an absolute disaster. The workers have no clue on how to sort mail and put it in correct mailboxes. Mail is always days late or packages not organized correctly for them to be able to find anything in a timely fashion. The workers are beyond rude. Rolling eyes while on the phone with customers. Customers on speaker phone giving out personal information such as tracking numbers, while the workers huff and puff they have to do their jobs. Let's remember if you ever forget your key you can basically kick rocks because they will refuse even with proper identification. A smile on some of the workers faces wouldn't kill them once in a while!

A very unorganized, very hard to deal with post office. There is almost always a long wait and half the time mail gets lost. They need a major overhaul. It is worth the extra five minutes to go to Center Harbor.

...??..Adjacent to School property could provide benefits in both parking and timely access..
The problem is NOT caused by local staff..đ..

USPS claimed they delivered a package to a secure PO Box in my community. Went down to the post office in person and made an inquiry because I did not receive it. Girl at the counter said they would look into it and get back to me. Then, nothing happened.....

I have been very disappointed with the service at this post office and that is why we have a PO Box in Center Harbor. But occasionally packages canât be delivered to a PO Box so this is our only alternative. Once again the post office lost two of our packages valued at $200 and we have no recourse. My husband personally went to the post office to place a stop mail order and spoke to an employee to make sure no packages were delivered while we were gone. However, two packages were delivered at the end of May while we were gone and are among the missing. We have stopped by the post office several times and hear different stories each time. We were told the post mistress would contact us but itâs been a month with no acknowledgment. Very frustrated!

Post office has become completely incompetent between summer 2023 and 2024. The mail that gets delivered does not get placed in P.O. Boxes in a timely way (sometimes takes over 24 hours).

The worst post office in existence. Whoever they have as their mail carriers are the most incompetent excuses for employees, they canât even do the BASIC part of their job of putting mail in the correct mailboxes, and just throw packages wherever they feel like. If I could have my mail delivered by another townâs post office I could, because these people are pathetic

I'd rate NEGATIVE STARS if given the chance. I've had my mailbox flag up for what will be THREE DAYS tomorrow. I'm waiting on medical paperwork I need to send back in and it was already supposed to be here. Now I'm having to reschedule my procedure. I'm supposed to get a packages today by 8PM tonight, it's 7:30PM. So, I guess that's not being delivered either, huh? Nice.... that's not extremely frustrating at all.PLEASE, just get your stuff together, and FINALLY deliver my mail and packages to my address, thank you.

I've lived in Moultonborough for 15 years and the post office used to be great, now I'm lucky if I get my mail delivered 3 out of the 6 days they deliver, Weekly! It's stressful trying to chase down your mail. Gone are the days that delivering the mail ment something, very sad.

Typical entitled state run post office . They close the entire lunch hour , so the rest of us who work can't get our mail. Today Veterans day , the holiday observed is Friday ; yet nobody is there so I guess I'll have to pick up my mail NEXT SATURDAY since they are closed 12 to 1 Monday thru Friday. They apparently can't figure out how to stagger their lunch breaks, that's just beyond their scope of comprehension. I don't know who's running this place but they should be replaced immediately with a person who at the very least can figure out the simple task of remaining open when the rest of the town is taking their lunch. Absolutely ridiculous, and then they'll complain to the customer about picking up their mail , you can't make this up.Ontop of the abhorrent hours they hold , the entire time I've had my PO box I've been receiving mail from a different customer . I've told them this literally on a weekly basis for almost a year now ; AND I'M STILL GETTING SOMEONE ELSE'S MAIL.The post office is a useless , greedy government entity feeding off the milk of the taxpayers until they have sore chapped nipples. The post office should have been allowed to go under years ago, UPS and FedEx do a much more professional job of delivering the mail then this bloated useless service that delivers mostly junk mail directly to you. Disgusting
