RUDE worker on christmas day, African American and tall. I ordered $30+ and grabbed my order while the employee was outside smoking. it’s around 10:30pm, mind you he didn’t come into the store to greet us, and proceeded to finish his cigarette. i didn’t want to bother him so i took my entire order and didn’t noticed my pizza was wrong at the time. once getting to the car i noticed and went back - he proceeded to be rude and kept telling me the order was made before he clocked into his shift. he didn’t bother to remake the pizza or even check my order, anything. his tone was already off putting and not welcoming, and his efforts to fix anything or correct himself, especially on the holidays is uncalled for.

Not “trolling” this time. Good enough store but sheesh does their new hire with the face mole have an attitude. He got FIRED from the 7/11 off exit 5 near motel 6 for a reason guys. Better make sure you avoid eye contact with the angry child or he may throw a tantrum. Even his co workers can’t stand him. No wonder none of them wanna work with him and he’s left alone in a store that usually has at-least 3 staffed at all times. That is before he showed up ??

The manager is the worst both as a customer and as a new employee when I came in as a customer the manager was always complaining about the job. Once I got hired there thinking helping out the store I have the experience why not. First day of working for the company she refused to train me on how they do it at the store then she has the audacity to roll her eyes and have a attitude like a little school girl. Today when I came back in from my first smoke break she tells me to go into the office and Accuses me of having three smoke breaks there's cameras for a reason and then she wants to act like she knows what she's talking about no one has seen me go out and smoke a cigarette three times because it hasn't happened all in all this is the worst store that I've worked for and that's sad because the owner is a great guy and doesn't deserve this. But he does need to fix the problem. She needs to be demoted and re trained. Either way between being a customer and a new employee on my first day. I refuse to take but there and support a paycheck of someone who doesn't deserve it. She needs some life skills like the owner Ehab has. I don't recommend this store to anyone don't waste money on this store there is a grocery store right next door with better prices and better customer service.

if I could give this store a 5 star rating I would but unfortunately there's a occurring problem with staff, every single time I visit this store I ALWAYS get a attitude from the older woman who does the overnights. if you visit this location anytime between 10 and 6 you will see every thing I'm saying. she's rude and angry all the time, she has as much customer service skills as a turtle would, fire her or this woman will bring this store down and all I bought was nachos with cheese and very watery chilli.
