I love the store as a whole however the employees completely ruined my experience as it was my first time at this location. I’m incredibly disappointed by the woman manager. All I needed to do was exchange a hoodie and she barely let me do it. She kept saying she was “doing me a solid” but the sweatshirt had a nasty stain. I bought it 2 days ago with the tags still there. My friend over heard them talking rudely about me as I went to go get the new hoodie. Lastly another member of our group heard them talking inappropriately about other customers, Disappointed to say the least.

The staff here is amazing and have great work ethic. When I came in I was quickly greeted and was asked multiple times if I needed help from different staff. The selection in the store is amazing and they have a great clearance section. Overall this is the best Abercrombie and Fitch I have ever been to and I would definitely recommend for other people.

I came to the store and the staff was horrible, they look that they don’t want to do their job. I can’t understand what kind of policy they have, because they suppose to close at 8:00pm but fitting rooms are close more than 30 minutes before it is close.

I came to the store to buy a t-shirt and the staff were horrible. They look disgusted at the customers, I chose a t-shirt and waited at the register. For a while with all the employees looking at me and none coming to help me. When he came to help me, he treated me with arrogance and was treated very badly, I will not be returning.

Let’s talk inventory, yes men’s clothing : perfect selection here .I think they should fire the person in charge of Massachusetts ordering guys or who ever is responsible of the buying department for men .I had to drive to Nashua NH to find some good men’s selection.It’s not Abercrombie it’s the buyers I guess.Bring the good buyers to mass please so the inventory can be better then the actual and I don’t have to drive 45 minutes.

Quite poor I found myself going back and forth getting sizes with no help from sales associates and the store wasn't busy at all

The sale selection is fantastic but the quality of clothing as well as customer service had declined over the past few years. I purchased a pair of jeans here approximately two months ago and they ripped in two extremely odd places. I was very disappointed as they were my favorite pair of jeans. The staff is always clumped up at the register talking and make you feel as an inconvenience if you need to check out or ask a question. I wish I had a better experience here.
