Absolutely terrible. Didn’t show up for scheduled appointment and couldn't even bother to call. When I called to speak with a manager I was told they would transfer me and was hung up on. They do not care about your time or safety! Absolutely the worst.

If I could give 0 stars I would. No showed on my appointment. Extremely rude over the phone when I rescheduled. I was yelled at then hung up on. Asked to speak to a manager throughout 3 one calls and they would not transfer me. Very sketchy. ADT sucks!

Update: I received a refund, and ADT has agreed to reimburse my prior equipment that was removed. They have made everything right once I receive the final check. At this point, the only issue I have is that this could have been avoided and it took a long time to get this elevated to the team that could fix this and I spent too much time on the phone being transferred multiple times.Was "sold" a system with multiple promises and a price (high) but provided what I wanted.Partially through install, tech said he misquoted price (did not include interior cameras but could add them at cost). Then, he was also unable to install everything quoted (heat / AC controls).After 1 week, I was disappointed with the system since i had less capability then my last system and it was 2.5x the price. I Requested ADT remove equipment and cancel my service. They also kept my prior system equipment (sensors, keypads, smoke /carbon monoxide detectors etc). When they took their equipment, they left me with none of my old equipment so I didn't even have smoke detectors left.Fast forward multiple emails and calls by 1-2 months. They are still charging me my monthly system and equipment. I have sent them quotes to replace the original equipment they took and asking for them to stop charging me and to refund me the value of equipment they took that I now have to replace.Been on hold and transferred for hours in total and now waiting for the branch to call me back in the next few days... Very aggravating as they make this near impossible to fix their own mistakes.

I would say how knowledgeable and patient Rich Scott was. He was a joy to have in my home. I have never had such a pleasant experience with a technician.

ADT SUCKS!! HAD THEM AT MY OTHER HOME, ALARM GOES OFF WHEN WIND WOULD BLOW AND TREE BRANCHES HIT THE HOUSE AT 3 AM!!! CAN YOU IMAGINE?? WE DIDN'T HAVE TOO!! IM NOW PERMANENTLY PARTIALLY DEAF!!! AND YES IM SUING!!!! DON'T BUY NIGHT WATCH PROTECTION ADT!!!!

Gabe was on time,professional,personable and genuine in his interest of our home security.He went out of his way to make sure all of our questions were answered and even made us aware of some situations we had not considered.He is very proud is is the fifth rated installer in the nation and I think he has earned that rating.
