Took my laptop to this place for dignosis.the technician kept it for two days and can’t even find out what the problem is going on .i told him display is not working and things i tried to make the laptop work .he calls me back next day evening and says motherboard is fried up.have to change the motherboard it costs $900.then i sent the laptop to dell service center in dallas . Within less than 12hrs they intimated me about issue and display screen is not working it need to be replaced which costs around $168. They fixed it and sent it back to me .now laptop is working completely fine. $49 for laptop dignosis gone waste. If i believed and got the motherboard replaced (which was working absolutely working fine )probably i would have got ripped off.

My pc started to have a burning smell, and Maurice took me right in and had my computer back to me in working condition the very next day. My video card was on it's way out, and even though my p/c is 7 y/o they did not try to upsell me on anything and gave me exactly what I was looking for for a fix. Everyone was extremely polite and helpful; and all for a great cost. I will certainly be back. I could not recommend this place anymore

These guys are great! When my computer suddenly died, I was in panic mode. They were able to diagnose and fix within a few hours. Even more importantly, they explained everything, gave me options and were willing to spend the time with me to be sure I left as a satisfied customer. I spoke with Wicky and Maurice in the shop and both were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I can't thank them enough for getting me back up and running. Highly recommended and will certainly not hesitate to stop by for computer or IT needs in the future!

Needed a laptop charger asap because my work laptop charger died. I went to another store and they didn't have one. I went to Apex and they had exactly what I needed. I was very happy with the service I received. Prices were reasonable and was happy to support a local store. A family member recommended them to me and glad I found them. Both Wicky (hope I spelled that right) and Maurice helped me today. Thank you so much for your help.

The following comment is only my personal experience with Apex computer repair service ONLY and does not reflect the quality of other services from Apex computer.This is one of the worst experience as a customer since I came to united states.1. Not being clear of what service they are providing.When I carried my computer to them. They said $49 for diagnosis for each system. Did not say what this $49 will include, only said it is for detect what is wrong with the computer. It turns out that $49 is only for detecting is motherboard broken, graphic card broken. I described the motherboard issue at the beginning when I bring them here, but the they seems not patient and disrupted me half way.2. Give one a feeling they don't want to waste time on my system because they are cheap.When they gave me feedback by phone call of what is wrong with my systems. They only gave me price quote for my laptop, not the desktop. When I called them the second day want to know the quote they said they put it back and will charge me extra labor fee to replace it. When I pick my systems up, I asked which part of motherboard failed, now they say they don't do component level testing and laughed that component level testing is more expensive than my system.3. Leave job unfinished.Please see the picture of my laptop. It is the condition when my laptop got back to me. Left not cleaned and back panel not installed. This is also the major reason I give them 1 star.Good lesson learned: if you computer failed, just buy parts yourself in local microcenter or sell it for parts. Not to send it to this store and spend money buy unpleasant for yourself.

Around a month ago, my motherboard on a high end PC had died. Gave this place a call, they gave me the reasoning as to why my PC died, as well as an estimate. I told them to go ahead with the service, and everything works great! Both gentlemen that I spoke with were polite and willing to spend the time to speak with me about my PC. After the original superb service, I decided to order a UPS through them so I wouldn't run into the same problem! I am appreciative of the help, and excited to have my rig running again!

Three months ago I brought my 10-year old MacBook Pro in to have battery replaced. Even when fully charged, was having major problems with sluggish/funky performance. Three days later got it back. It's like a new laptop. As good as new. Price was reasonable.

I was lucky to find Apex computer repair store, I have read great reviews about their service, and I found it true. Great customer service, and they did perfect job to fix my laptop and now it is functioning great like brand new. Wicky met me at the store and listened to my long story to explain my computer issue, and gave me his first impression about the problem and it came to be correct, he gave me an estimate price when I dropped my laptop and came to be also correct at the end. they completed the work within few days with a good price compared to others.I would recommend Apex computer repair, store and I will definitely go back for any issues with my computer in the future.. Thanks to Wicky and his great team.

Flashed my motherboard to a new BIOS version to support my Ryzen 5 processor on a motherboard only capable of taking a Ryzen 3 in stock format. Saved me $50 bucks or 2+ weeks wait time in comparison to doing it myself, to boot they had it done the same day. Glad to have found this resource.

I love Apex Computer because they will go out of their way to help you with all you PC needs. Wicky the owner went above and beyond to help me get my graphics card (RTX 3060) on top of my other parts I needed. They are very knowledgeable about the products, building and repairing PC's. Maurice is the Tech at this location and he is amazing at his job with many years of experience. I would highly recommend this store for all your PC needs, fair prices and top notch quality work! Don't go anywhere else for your needs, Apex is the one stop shop!

Two laptops brought to them for different things on different days. Each was returned with the keyboard face improperly seated, on the left side. Now, one of the improperly closed interferes with the hinge to open/close the laptop, the other improperly closed interferes with charging and the charging cord connector now needs to be held up for it to charge the PC.If they don't know how to properly reclose a laptop after opening for repair, they shouldn't be opening them."No big deal" you think, til you have to deal with the faulty repair, day after day after day.

Filing a small claims court file. I was told that my computer needed a new motherboard but they could find one. Never got a phone call and I waited patiently through covid. Apparently there’s a sign in the store that says it a computer is left there for more than 90 days (I didn’t see this sign and wasn’t verbally told and I didn’t sign anything stating this) they “recycled my 1900 dollar computer while they were going to “find me” a motherboard. If you go there read all small print because they will sell your stuff. Filing small claims court against them today.
