I went in on Christmas Eve with an overheating phone that I needed for travelling over the next few days. Needless to say, I was stressed. Cassidy was outstanding! She set me up with a new phone and transferred all the data in about an hour. Thank you to Cassidy, to her extensive knowledge and professionalism!

Sarah was very helpful and professional. I went to 2 other at &t in the area and none of them wanted to help me told me to call customer service. While Sarah took the time to open my account and answer all my questions.

I like AT&T as a service carrier. It has great service. However, this store at least has 2 salesmen I have personally dealt with and they are professional liars. If you hear something that sounds too good to be true it is, even if they assure you repeatedly that it’s true. They will tell you anything you want to hear and not tell the truth until it is all done. Ie say the plan will be cheaper, tell you you will get triple what you actually get for a trade in, etc.

I went in this past Saturday at about 11am not that the time matters but walked in someone was sitting at the desk out on the display floor and he immediately asked how can I help you and I told him I’m looking to make the switch from Verizon to AT&T and he started the process to help me do the switch and this nice and polite lady walks out after he started helping and they both as a team worked on getting me switched over and any and all questions I had were answered and the whole process took maybe 45 mins a most and during that process they made conversation as well and I’ve never had a great experience in a phone carrier store like this one. There is a lot more I could say. I would highly recommend this carrier and store!

I had spent a considerable amount of time talking to tech support on the phone that wasn't fixing my situation. I googled the closest store near to where I was to find John who was simply fantastic in helping me navigate my problem. Problem solved through great in person customer service. Thank you, John.

I came in this afternoon. Jarod saw that my new phone hadn't finished transferring data despite notifications saying it was complete. This helped me immensely as I have apps for remote wotk(zoom, slack, etc..). He said it was nothing, but it meant a great deal to me to fix this before another work day ? A big thank you to Jarod for his help and support!

They sold me a phone & added all the "upsells" that I specifically and emphatically said that I wasn't interested in. They even added insurance on 2 four year old phones. Yet failed to give me my auto pay discount. Buyer beware. Check your bill carefully.
