To exponentially improve this store reviews and rating take care of one employee. Mr. Alex is not the guy for this store. I came to this store 4times. First 2times I got best service and experience, 3rd time excellent service by manager. My friends told me this store has worst customer service but I didn’t agree with them. Then 4th time when I visited store I met Mr. Alex. He got attitude, yells at customers. I felt insulted in front of other customers and at & t employees. I ask for manager, he is yelling that manager is not available at 5:30PM, saying I’m done and he is not allowing me to talk to other employees in that store. I had no option other than coming out from store. When I came back from store, I spoke to my friends. They said Mr. Alex is the one they had issue with.

These idiots keep deleting reviews they don't find favorable. I tried to get an iPhone unlocked and they refused to help. I finally went to the Apple store next door and they got my phone unlocked. These people are totally incompetent and irresponsible. If they worked for me they'd be gone. AT&T you should fire these jerks.

This service is absolute bullshuckey. This store is absolutely amazing. However, the service of At&t is horrid. For the past six months, I've had to fight with them over the phone and give them the ups tracking number multiple times, however a represntative messed up and put it towards donation without credit. So now we have to pay for a phone that we MAILED in to them, that is NO LONGER IN OUR POSSESSION. Tell me how that makes sense. We got a new phone cause of the trade in credits and we did all the steps in order to make that happen and now we have to pay for a mistake that they made. Not to mention thier saying the phone only is worth 130, HOWEVER when I was in thier fudging store talking to a representative they were saying id be the 1,000 trade in reward. At&t is a joke, dont go there.

Chris was a model employee. He answered every single question I had and was very professional. I believe he is the manager but if he is not then he definitely deserves a promotion.

Cory the manager essentially tried to scam me into 2 new watches & did not mention they required cellular. Once I came back to return the watches he proceeded to try to gaslight me that he had mentioned it when he never did as this would’ve been a hard pass if I knew that was the case. On top of it all I called AT&T today and found out he processed the return but still left the cellular on my plan!!! This man is super unprofessional and needs to be retrained in customer service and plan transparency. I was ready to leave AT&T because of the lies but thankfully Shawn was able to provide me a full breakdown of everything on the account, and this is someone who is a natural leader and deserves to be the manager as he was super knowledgeable, transparent, and provided great customer service skills.

While I usually dread going to such a place, we were pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and genuine helpfulness of the staff at this location. They REALLY know their stuff. Even managed to get in a few good laughs while going through the process of switching phones.

We love coming here because it’s clean, has snappy customer service and you’re in and out with out hassle. They answer questions and and genuinely friendly. Not typically a place you would predict personality, but it fits well here.

Sales Rep: Emmanuel R was fantastic- This for the store at 296 Daniel Webster Highway Nashua NHwhere Home Depot isSales Rep: Emmanuel R- I cannot say thank you enough- I am a 61 1/2 yr old woman who knows nothing about this stuff- upgraded old Iphone 6 to an 11.Emmanuel took so much time with me- he taught me and he did back up old phone up, set it up explained the differences between both phones in a way I could understand. I have had terrible experiences with AT&T Stores but not this store. His manager was 100% SUPPORTIVE of all the time Emmanuel took with me- I first went to store in Pheasant Lane mall as I made an appt but it was the wrong store I made appt at- no one offered to help me. I a so thankful for that nowEmmanuel-thank you again for being so patient and understanding- You will grow into management very easilyThis store is right outside the mall- avoid the mall store and drive 1/16 mile to this one
