Not here. Professional, polite. Once they have your car , they are on it. They communicate what’s going on, if you need a ride to work or home from dropping off your car they will help you.

“I was in a real jam, having gotten a flat tire on Rt 3 right at Exit 1 in the northbound lane last night. AAA responded immediately and I was on my way home.
This morning, I drove over to Maynard and Lesieur, fingers crossed, hoping that they might be to patch the tire. I have a DJ event today(a wedding in Rindge,NH) and really needed help. They took my car in 20 minutes before they were scheduled to open at 7am. By 7:15 am, I was on my way home with the tire having been repaired.
Everyone here should know that Maynard and Lesieur went way above and beyond to help me out in a tough situation and I would highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much for your help. I cannot be more thankful and appreciative!

“Came in needing a battery exchange. My battery terminals and screws were rusty and corroded so it made swapping the battery challenging even more so in 30 degree weather. “From a couple years back ... my E150 van broke down, I had zero idea what was wrong, but the store manager did ... some 'minor' electrical issue which he explained and sold me the few dollars of parts. Since I was having trouble installing them, and they weren't busy late in the day. he did it for me! What a guy.”

“If you want the best of service what do your car need service or you're buying a car you want to go to best Ford in Nashua John is one of the salesman there he is outstanding when he tells you he's going to do something for you he actually does it my husband had passed away his car that was left to me finally broke down to the point where I couldn't fix it John told me he was going to get me in another car and I didn't think he could and in one day's time today the 5th of December I'm going home with a different car because John did everything John outstanding but the whole 1 went home with a car I thank you all very much as a widow I'll trust nobody else but Ford with my cars now and in the near future and I suggest that other people trust them to they're really good at what they do and you won't be disappointed if you come to fast forward”

Service manager polite and helpful. Intake associates a little disorganized but not to any significant degree and always courteous. Recommend without hesitation.”
