Ive never had any issues with parking, or using the ATM, as others have mentioned.
There are times when it seems like there’s a plethora of staff (almost in excess), and times when it’s the bare minimum. Regardless, at any given time Ive always been treated with respect and courtesy.
Some days the line has been 3-6 people deep, but as of late whenever Ive gone in there haven’t been many people waiting.
Ive never made an appointment to speak to anyone about my accounts, etc so I cannot comment on that.”

“I always am greeted with a friendly hello and how can we help you today. I usually get Lucie as my teller who is always patient calm and friendly no matter how busy the bank might be that day. Today she went above and beyond when she realized I locked my keys in my vehicle and twice came out to assist me as my windows were partially open and she tried her best to get her arm and a letter opener to open the door. What a great person and customer service that is. Five stars for Lucie”
